Incredibly poor service overall. The business was not proactive in seeking feedback following viewings, did not communicate with ourselves following viewings to our property, did not offer any feedback at all. When we wanted to discuss the options to potentially move the possible sale forward or options for reducing the selling price they did not want to engage at all. We subsequently found out that they should have also undertaken a number of mandatory checks to ensure anti money laundering and right to sell etc. none of these checks were carried out or even discussed.... I haven't tried to use this company. My comment is about where they place their for sale signs. A sign appeared near my property on the main road in an awkward position knowhere near the property for sale. I asked Alan Slater to move the sign and grudgingly he said he would. Nothing happened so a week later I asked again. I was told it had been done at great expense?? But of course nothing happened. I am very disappointed with this company.and this gentleman. As I have been ignored I would give this company no stars but the site wouldnt let me so I have to give it one star.... Read more

Just called to ask about a property, I was told it was available, I explained my circumstances and asked if I could I view today, he said no, fully booked I'm afraid, I said okay no problem I'll look elsewhere but before I finished my sentence he hung up. He had no idea I have 2 successful businesses with employees in the north and south of England and could have rented all of his properties in one go, incredibly rude, 1 star is too high a rating.... If I could give 0 I would. We were told before moving in that the redecorating would be done and the flooring but it wasn't, when asked about it after they said it wasn't needed as it was done 6 months ago. The lino in the floor was missing chunks, carpets in the bedroom had frayed and come apart, wall paper was peeling in every room and holes in every inch of the walls. The kitchen sink had parts missing so that the water leaked when turning on the taps and we had to buy some piping to fit it ourselves, the boiler didn't work when first moving in which was fixed however all our other concerns were ignored. The radiators didn't work properly so when the heating was on it still didn't warm up and we were left in the cold for 6 months. Left as soon as our contract was up and would never use them again! We had originally asked to view it again once work was done but they never gave us the opportunity.... Read more
