Mel @ Oliver Reilly was fantastic. From organising viewings at the last minute through to being available to help with any queries we had throughout the purchase. Our own sale fell through close to exchange so it was extremely stressful from that point until we finally completed on the property in Newark. Having viewed properties with other agents in the area, we were happy that the one we wanted was listed with Oliver Reilly and appreciated their professionalism with the purchase. Thanks Mel !

Brilliant from start to finish. There were a few problems with the sale none of which were Oliver's fault just buyers changing their mind half way through but he stayed with me right until the end and we finally got the deal over the line. Always kept me well upto date with any issues. Thanks for all your help.

I cannot rate Oliver Reilly highly enough. I gave him my business because of his enthusiasm and passion for property. I could tell that he wanted to sell my property and was invested in it. Mel his assistant played a massive role in the sale. She is very professional and committed to the business. Sometimes, you have to go with your gut, and I did that when I asked Oliver to act for me and I don't regret it The property market was tough, but I always knew that Oliver and Mel were working hard on my behalf and got the sale over the line.

We could not have received better service!
Oliver was exceptional from the beginning, he really went above and beyond to help with the sale. He always responded to communications, followed up with solicitors, and was at the other end of the phone practically 24/7. He even helped and followed up with issues that were definitely not in his remit. This was our first time selling a property and we didn't know exactly what to expect, but he always explained each step to us clearly and answered all our questions. Oliver and Mel were both so lovely and always helpful. We would not go with anyone else and are confident that we would not get a service this brilliant elsewhere. We would put 10 stars if we could, he really exceeded all our expectations.

From the moment Oliver arrived at our house, into the chaos, I knew he was the man for the job of helping us to sell our home.
He was so helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and understanding throughout the whole process. For many reasons we had lots of set backs and ups and downs. Both Oliver and Mel never let us give up hope to get the sale and purchase of our new home over the line.
They worked tirelessly on our behalf and we can’t recommend them highly enough. Don’t look anywhere else for an Estate Agent who will look after you and your family in ways you don’t think you are going to need.

Honest sound advice from an expert
We first met Oliver over 6 years ago when we wanted to re-locate from Stockport. He was working for a local agent, we had already sold and were getting desperate for a property in Newark, Oliver and his colleagues managed to find the perfect house and the day was saved. Now after 6 years we decided to move nearer to Newark centre and as Oliver had now opened his own agency the choice was obvious and we placed our property with him. Oliver has changed the face of estate agents in Newark with his keen charges, punchy descriptions, attention to detail and outstanding personnel service. As a new and independent agent he is a breath of fresh air and does fit into any stereotype of the industry. Situated right in the town centre Oliver has extensive knowledge of the Newark and the wider area and although the office is decorated with artefacts from yesteryear Oliver has his finger on the pulse and all the latest property trends and will give you free and unbiased advice and a realistic valuation. Since he opened his office Oliver has been involved in several past and current sales with our family. Oliver Reilly is expanding his office to cope with demand and has recently taken on more staff. We are now in our new house and could not be happier. I would like to thank Oliver and Mel for there great professional service and wish them great success for the future.

Oliver Reilly is by far the best estate agent in our area ,he is just so sincere and professional, nothing is too much trouble, Mel also has been a rock supporting and helping us during what can be a stressful time, they really do care, we have now moved into our new home and just can’t thank them enough!

When we were initially looking for an estate agent to sell our house, we kept seeing Oliver Reilly boards up on houses around town and I can see why. Oliver came to give us a valuation and we were really impressed by his friendly, non pushy nature unlike some other valuations we had had. Both Oliver and Mel have been fantastic throughout our sale by keeping us regularly updated and I couldn’t recommend them enough.
