By 12 o clock we viewed the property
By 1 o clock jack used his negotiation skills to have my offer accepted by the landlord
By 4 o clock the holding deposit was paid

Jack was absolutely amazing in finding us a property.
I am so delighted to have phoned Alex Neil when I did.
We struggled for 2 or 3 weeks with various estate agents. We visited properties that was nothing like what was in our search criteria.
We explained to jack we needed a 2 bedroom property with a separate kitchen, a garden and wooden flooring. Everything was perfect with the property that jack found.

I have been letting a flat for the past year and a half with Alex Neil and just wanted to leave a review. They have been very helpful, always responding to emails and calls efficiently and liaising in a timely manner with contractors to help us get the best out of our flat. As a flat we have really been able to depend on Lucia especially to help us out. I would recommend Alex Neil as a letting agency and look forward to using their assistance again if needed when searching for future properties.

We have used their services for our recent apartment in Bermondsey. The property management is fairly responsive and courteous. For example, they sent a plumber within a couple of days of informing them about a problem with our boiler. Props to the Property Management, for making my tenancy fairly smooth.

I rented a flat from Alex Neil and they were so helpful and they responded my requests so quickly. I have never experienced something negative with them. Their property portfolio is very wide. I certainly recommend Alex Neil if you are looking for a property.
