Based on the stats you can’t find another agent that will even compete in MK… and they delivered better than them in my case! Tom and Nick are very friendly and professional, not the “sleazy” stereotypical estate agent the industry is know for.

From start to finish we have had an extremely positive experience with Alexander Lawrence. From first contact with Tom who helped us to prepare for the sale, to working with Nick through to an offer being made and then finally with Sam overseeing the process through to completion. With the help of Evolve the time from first viewing to completion took exactly 2 months. This was definitely a team effort and we highly recommend both Alexander Lawrence and Evolve.

Working with Alexander Lawrence, in particular Nick and Sam made my whole process of buying the property very smooth.
From viewing the property and putting in the offer, to the signing of contracts, as cliche as it sounds, they were genuinely with me throughout the whole process.
I was able to contact them without any issues and with ease (this was done a lot, as I like to ask a lot of questions), obtain recommendations and advice from them and have very open and transparent communications with them.
I have really appreciated and valued the time and effort that was put in from the agency, which made my whole experience go well and would definitely recommend them.

Alexander Lawrence lived up to all their reviews that we read through before contacting them to help us find a property. Nick has been a through professional right from sorting appointment, arranging views, negotiations until sales and even afterwards. He was very willing to answer every query and we weren't rushed at any point during the sales process. He was very supportive and neutral when it comes to negotiations with the seller. We are so glad we relied on AL for our purchase, Nick and team are prompt with responses, which really stood for us. They connect you with the right contacts for mortgage and solicitor who are equally reliable and supportive. Very transparent ways of working and we highly recommend them. Thank you, Nick!

Selling a property is a very stressful time, but the team of Alexander Lawrence made it seem easy, because they have passion and a very professional approach to what they do. Each phase of the sales process, from valuation to completion, was very smooth. Their level of customer service is top of the tops! I never had to chase Alexander Lawrence to know "what was going on", I was constantly updated. Our big thanks to Tom who started and managed the whole sales process, to Andrew who took the wonderful pictures, to Nick who hosted the visits on our behalf, and to incredible Sam, who not only kept us informed, but also had that special way to keep us calm and confident. What a 5 GOLDEN stars TEAM!! Well done guys!

Amazing FIRST CLASS SERVICE of a 2-week peace of mind journey (from valuation, to marketing, to viewing and finally accepting offer). Thank you very much for the effort given by Tom, Mr. photography, Nick and everyone in the office. Worth paying a little bite more of the commission which brings me a lot more than the little bite to be paid to the FIRST CLASS TEAM (Alexander Lawrence). My house was sold with a price about to hit the highest within the range that Tom proposed based on the valuation he did. Unlike the conventional real estate agents, Tom researched the real market statistic and integrated his expert experience to provided me a proposal, plenty of discussion about how we could work things out just like a team. Tom and the professional photography knew how to present my house the best. They presented my house with beautiful realistic images, every details that buyer may concern like the energy bills, up-to-date EPCs, Council Tax, direction of the house facing, etc. Nick kept me post about viewing and negotiation along the whole process of selling, and arranged well organized viewing, negotiated the best price possible. Nothing could be wrong with Alexander Lawrence because they did not sell 'my property' but they sold 'our property'.
