We had a very traumatic process moving home, both trying to accommodate the needs of my elderly parents along with those of my husband and I. After having to pull out of a property in December ( on with another agent) and being forced into a rental (again with yet another agent) we first met Tom in late December 2018 to view what we thought would be our forever home. Tom gave the vendors full knowledge of the situation we were in. Unfortunately after a long process (5 months) and again at the point of exchange our vendors decided to pull out of the sale leaving us all homeless (not good with two late 80's parents one disabled a cat and dog) thankfully we have now moved into our beautiful forever home all thanks to the hard work of Miranda at the Loughborough office we managed to exchange and complete within 6 weeks. I cannot fault Alexanders or thank them enough for the excellent customer service we were given at all times even when both my husband and I were probably not the easiest of clients at times. Fantastic team and caring agents.

We cannot fault Alexanders. They were brilliant at representing us - a real pleasure to work with at what was a stressful time. Everyone we met was very helpful and friendly, yet highly professional.
Their photographs and marketing materials were of an excellent quality and they were so efficient in everything they did. Very proactive in generating leads, thoughtful in how they conducted their viewings and were great at keeping us informed with any developments.

Right from the word GO, I believed the sale of my house would be professionally dealt with, and it was. The valuation was spot on, and the photographs looked superb.
