When we decided to sell our home we immediately opted to engage Alexanders due to the positive feedback we had obtained from so many friends and acquaintances. Jane and Tom were a delight to meet and we were impressed by their market knowledge and professionalism. They gave an honest appraisal based on market facts, not to win our approval, and there was no hard sell – which was very refreshing and a relief! We were very pleasantly surprised at Jane’s proactivity – there was no reliance on the internet, as is normal practice today, but a well targeted approach to genuine buyers known to Alexanders. It worked! Within a few days – and minimal disruption to us – we had sold at the asking price. Jane and her team skillfully managed the process through to completion and, given that our buyers were so well qualified by Alexanders, we had no issues or concerns…other than how to pack what we had stuffed in the loft!!
