The WH loughborough letting is filled with highly unprofessional staff with extremely poor communications skills. I left a property since July 12th and as at today, they are still holding back my tenancy deposit, saying they are waiting for landlord authorisation despite knowing clearly that tenancy deposit must be returned within ten days after tenant vacated the property

Found them easy to deal with, thought they had priced slightly high, I dropped the price to offers around rather than over, we sold on a second viewing accepted their offer.
