Top Class service. Really happy with the people that dealt with my sale over the last few weeks. jack was really knowledgeable and his advice got us more money for our flat. Charlotte was always on hand to help when the sale was going through. Couldn't fault the service and will be recommending to family and friends.
Had to drop a star! been treated very poorly. manager has been underhaded with my issue, pure greed and lack of fairness. his idea of compensation was to charge £150 for cleaning, even though the flat was cleaner when i left than when i arrived. any athletes, coaches or students i know looking for somewhere to rent will be warned off by me! Terrible service!!!

My partner should have viewed a house today at 4pm on Patterson Place, Shepshed and had come over from Burton. No one there so rang Shepshed office....”Oh sorry he’s missed you and he’s in Sileby, I had the appointment in my book but he didn’t have it in his”.....what???? You lost a potential sale there Sinclairs and never again will we go through you to either buy or sell. Useless springs to mind and no one even had the decency to ring us to tell us no one was coming ????????????
A really great service received from John German, Ashbourne. Very efficient and professional staff who kept in regular contact with us throughout the whole process. Having tried an online agent initially (certainly do not recommend!) for a couple of months we then used John German and sold within a few weeks.
Not happy with the service here, I tried calling several times with no answer. Would not recommend and I will not bother showing interest in the house I wanted.
First class service. They have been loyal until the end. Highly recommended.

What happened to the customer service training and the basic good manners? I was spoken to extremely rudely by Will Scrivin, the owner's son, who was provocative and confrontational and his sister Rebecca did nothing to help by sticking her own oar in.
When I read some of the reviews, I saw a response to a similar complaint from a lady, inviting her to ring and speak to the office manager. So I did just that. I was put through to Will Scrivin, the owner, who at first refused to speak to me until I said that I would write a negative review on-line. The following conversation did little to reassure me and it was clear that the gentleman was totally blind to any possible wrong-doing by his children. With arrogant children who think that they will inherit the goose that lays the golden egg, there will be plenty more dis-satisfied customers in future until they can get their house in order!
Now they resort to lying! When asked to leave, I politely agreed. I was in the car with the engine running when Jamie blocked the exit with his car. When asked to move it, he was threatening and offensive. Odious people!
Amazing food and service. I am vegan and asked them what options they had for me, they were so helpful and even created a few new menu items for me to choose from. They said they're thinking of creating a vegan menu and I would love that as my vegan breakfast burrito was 10/10. Lovely atmosphere for champagne brunch catch up and loads of good gins too!
3rd visit what an awful evening. Food was dreadful fish batter tasted terrible chips were soggy 3 of us had this and left most of it. Salted Caramel Brulee tasted of coffee and Chocolate Brownie was cold and tasteless and after complaining the lady in charge came to the table and asked if there was a problem she was abrupt and rude and stated they serve the Brownie cold no apology given though they didnt charge for it. Terrible service from all staff very rushed and difficulty getting drinks order right though the best part of the evening was the Gin. Definitely won't be returning.
