After coming in to the office to use Sagar for a mortgage he managed to save me money and put me with the best lender. Thank you once again to the team Jordan, Chloe, Luke, Sagar and Anna.
We have over 20 years experience of letting agents, but never dealt with anyone as inefficient and frustrating as these. Minor repairs turned into major expenses, they soured our relationship with the tenants, I never did manage to understand their invoices, and no-one (with the exception of Joanne Carr) seemed to have any idea what I was talking about. They all seemed to be lacking in experience - and common sense. In short, a disaster!
The whole sales process was handled very professionally and we were very happy with the final result.
We were impressed with Alexanders' knowledge of the local housing market and are convinced this lead to the property going to market at the right price. The photographs and details for the brochure were of a very high quality and Alexanders had a list of prospective buyers looking for our type of property. They were good at organising and conducting the viewings, always contactable, and were key to negotiating the final sale price.
They stayed involved during the legal process, helping us to make it through to completion with as little stress as possible.
We have been very happy to recommend Alexanders to all our friends.
Absolutely appalling customer service skills. Do not want to sell a house. Most professionals work and dont get home till 6pm!!! They have children which are in childcare!!!! They do not want to speak to the vendor to ask if they can do a viewing. They think they know best!! The owner is extremely rude and jumps to conclusions without knowing someones circumstances!! Would never buy or sell a house with this company.
Fantastic estate agent very professional and thorough. They are so proactive and get the job done. We was always kept updated and informed and was a smooth sale due their professionalism through the whole process. We definitely recommend Knightsbridge. Thank you.
I am sorry to be blunt but I need to share my experience. I have lived in big cities like London, Birmingham, Leeds and in towns like Nuneaton but I would say this has been my worst experience so far with Knightsbridge estate agents. I made an offer on a property in Leicester and even after 8 weeks of accepting the offer, they didn't produce the memorandum of sale despite scrutinizing all the details more than a lender! We had to even request for confirmation of offer acceptance. They probably would have provided better service if I had chosen to go with their own mortgage advisor as they would not only have gotten a good amount of fee from me but also a commission from the lender. I would have appreciated a little patience given that I was buying my first property in the UK. The only point I would like to say to vendors is please avoid this agent as they could really put buyers off! (I didn't want to give even 1 star but that was mandatory for the post)
Brilliant service from Frank Innes. After experiencing a horrendous time with another agent, Frank Innes treated me with dignity and were very understanding to my circumstances and didn't discriminate me because of them. They were very helpful and worked with me to secure my current rental, which I'm now very happy with. I truly am grateful to them. Communications are also very good. They respond to emails in a timely manner and keep you updated. No problem or concern is too big or small for them. They were also really accommodating with me on my move day as my removals arrived early, a few emails back and forth with updates on timings, but it wasn't an issue and I was able to rearrange my check in time, and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend Frank Innes.
As there is no option to give a minus score, we feel it only fair to give the lowest score possible. Since Chris Newton has left the standard of service to tennants as dropped to, in our experience, zero. Emails left unanswered for days, complaints ignored, repairs left for days (some even left for months) and differing information provided to landlords and tennants it would appear. We would never rent a property through Frank Innes again and it has got so bad, we have handed notice in on our current property. AVOID at all costs!!!

The worst letting agent I have ever dealt with, not bad saying I've been through about eight different providers over the years.
The staff were always very pleasant to your face, however resolution of any difficulties was always long-winded and unsatisfying.
I have a variety of complaints (too numerous to mention), however the choice issue must have been when it took five weeks for them to have the the heating fixed when it completely failed in December 2010. Reading wikipedia, that was apparently the coldest December on record, you can imagine that we were not impressed.
