Lovely Ladies working there. I was buying a property. You must remember an estate agent is predominately working for the seller. The actual seller was a joiner who i decided to trust ! Hence no survey ! Big mistake. Bathroom floor ,under shower completely rotten through . Mat hiding broken tiles etc. All the tiles had obviously been replaced on numerous occasions .Had to have the floor completely replaced , (to ground level) . Dodgy main roof but not leaking . I just feel the estate agents as a whole should take more responsibility for what they are selling . But that`s not the game . Basically trust no one. Get a survey, get that price down !...
