So happy we chose Andrew Craig! Maureen and her team are second to none! They are so efficient and worked tirelessly on our behalf. Nothing was too much trouble and consistently answered emails and phone calls in the first instance. Our sale wasn’t without its hiccups and we doubt if completion would have happened without the staff here. Would not hesistate to recommend them.

In what has been an incredibly tough period for the housing market, I switched to Andrew Craig from another local estate agent. From start to finish the team at Andrew Craig were outstanding. I always felt relaxed in knowing that no stone was unturned in their duty of maximising the chance of selling the property. Communication was excellent and customer service, care and satisfaction was of a very high quality. Our experience of Andrew Craig has been phenomenal from start to finish. Our house was valued for market realistically and in line with what we believed it was worth. We achieved over our asking price and believe that the way in which the property was marketed was paramount to this. Great service, always fully updated with process. I ended you renting a house through them and hand over of keys was 5 mins, really quick. That was on a Friday and I wasn't gonna move in until Tuesday with being at work but I took stuff over to the house on Saturday night to get ahead a bit and didn't realise the door had a security lock on it so when I shut the door it locked and my keys were inside (house and car). Anyways they let me pick up the spare keys from the gateshead office and let me drop them back in at the sunderland office next to where I moved (giving me a bit of ribbing when I picked the keys up "you haven't moved in yet and you've already locked yourself out!". Lovely girls at both offices. Fully recommended
