As a landlord I’ve been using APS to let my properties for 11 years and highly recommended them. All the team are helpful and knowledgeable and provide great service whether it’s dealing with a maintenance issue, marketing the property and finding new tenants or renewing a tenancy. Special mention for Roger & Charlotte who handle the maintenance issues as they are both extremely competent. I recently had an issue at one of my properties which was outside of my control, being able to speak with Lisa (yes we're both called Lisa!) to get her expertise, understand my legal obligations and have her draft an email to my tenant was very reassuring. APS was really helpful in protecting and supporting me as a Landlord. Lisa’s knowledge is the result of many years of experience and staying current on changes in legislation. I doubt you would find employees at the big well known letting agents you can speak with who have the same level of knowledge and understanding of the law as Lisa has. You really see the value of a letting agent and how good they are when problems arise and APS are excellent in every respect.... Read more
