As a landlord I’ve been using APS to let my properties for 11 years and highly recommended them. All the team are helpful and knowledgeable and provide great service whether it’s dealing with a maintenance issue, marketing the property and finding new tenants or renewing a tenancy. Special mention for Roger & Charlotte who handle the maintenance issues as they are both extremely competent. I recently had an issue at one of my properties which was outside of my control, being able to speak with Lisa (yes we're both called Lisa!) to get her expertise, understand my legal obligations and have her draft an email to my tenant was very reassuring. APS was really helpful in protecting and supporting me as a Landlord. Lisa’s knowledge is the result of many years of experience and staying current on changes in legislation. I doubt you would find employees at the big well known letting agents you can speak with who have the same level of knowledge and understanding of the law as Lisa has. You really see the value of a letting agent and how good they are when problems arise and APS are excellent in every respect.... Read more

I have never encountered such a racist estate agent. Avoid this place if you are from an ethnic background. I viewed a property on Saturday and gave an offer on the same day of the asking price. Despite having an income that covers well above the reference criteria, a perfect credit score, well paid, stable job in the NHS, and never missed a payment on anything in the past 12 years. They still did not accept us for the property. Their communication is so bad that I had to call them daily from Monday to ask for an update, but they make different excuses every day, saying they have somebody else who is going through a reference process that the landlord personally knows. Yet the property is still available on their website and rightmove. They even told me that there are still viewings going ahead, which clearly shows they do not want to rent it out to us based on my race. They make up so many lies and clearly do not want someone that is from an ethnic background even if they are british. Best of luck for anyone trying to get a property from this agency. All the 5 star reviews given on this company are completely false. Stay away!... Read more

All stuff specially the boss (jason) had very kindly been taking care of my property in every aspect you can imagine. Very nice and honest people.
