Agent proactive house sold before going to market. I didn’t like the 475-500 k valuation as buyers look at the bottom price then offer less. This IS what happened I feel I could have got more on the open market. I accepted my buyer as she had nothing to sell and was a cash buyer. Golddust however I needed every penny as I’m moving to an area which is more expensive. Deal is done though with minimal disruption to myself.... Read more

Not impressed with the 'help' I received from the girl who I spoke to. I've dealt with the dagenham office before and was very impressed and happy. This girl I found to be quite abrupt and not very approachable. Even if, like in my case, she was unable to help, there's ways and means of talking to a customer. I did expect respect and manners, but she made me feel like I was a nuisance and wasnt much good at all. I only wished I'd asked her name. So I shan't be using balgores again. There are plenty of other agents in the area, if only I'd gone to the others first and avoided this place. I feel extremely let down and wouldn't urge people to use balgores in future. Shame....
