As an experienced individual in the construction industry for nearly seven years, I have interacted with numerous estate agents. However, my recent experience with 100 Key Properties has been nothing short of disappointing.
Their communication is abysmal, to say the least. Despite repeated attempts to reach out, the team consistently fails to provide updates or return calls as promised. It's frustrating to have to chase them for weeks on end just to receive a simple reply that could have been resolved with a single phone call.
Moreover, their level of incompetence is alarming. It's evident that they lack the necessary skills and professionalism to handle even the most basic tasks efficiently. Their customer service is non-existent, and it's evident that they couldn't care less about the concerns of their clients.
What's particularly concerning is their unresponsiveness and unavailability. It seems as though reaching a member of their team is akin to finding a needle in a haystack. In most cases, they are unreachable, leaving clients in the dark and feeling utterly frustrated.
Based on my firsthand experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend 100 Key Properties to anyone looking to let or buy a property. They have proven themselves to be unreliable, unprofessional, and ultimately a complete waste of time. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your real estate needs.

Unfortunately it took about week to get all paperwork done which supposed to take 1 day only (whole week just because your agent forgot to send it to us ) and then just ignoring of me and my husband which is super rude because we tried to contact them and finally they suggested to do not help us. Worst service ever, so not recommend to no one . Rude agent- Remigijus ….

Absolute TRASH of a letting agent. After calling to rescheduling on me (baring in mind I was already on my way to view a property) from 11:40am to 3pm, I got there and got no response whatsoever despite calling severally to notify them that I’ve arrived. An absolute waste of my day!

I would give this estate agent zero, if I could. the vendor and the estate agent are clearly incompetent and very rude and do not understand the equality act. I am in a wheelchair and when I went in to view the property, I wasn’t allowed to enter the bedroom in case I got the carpet dirty what I found quite funny was that nobody else was asked to take their shoes off did they expect me to get up and walk, not only this, my friend does not live in the area and had travelled over two hours to get to the property. we were told categorically to stand outside, and wait for the estate agent to meet us, as were two other people. this did not happen and we were forced to ring the door bell and wait for 15 minutes for someone to arrive. I didn’t even have the chance to view the whole property before the vendor’s attitude stunk the property out
I think she must have traveled to the property via snail, and I think she needs to be taught a lesson or 2 in manners and customer service, given she has the compitence to process the information, if she has additional needs I will take this into account.
The agent was also very rude on the phone and was not very cooperative which was confirmed by another party.

She always answers my questions quickly, which I am very satisfied with. After the viewing, I rented the property I wanted at a relatively satisfactory price.

We put an offer in on a property 3 weeks ago with Andrea, which was accepted by the vendor, only to find out this week after multiple phone calls and chasing the estate agent that the house was offered to another buyer last week without our knowledge, not very impressed and communication was lacking and poor and not great for our first experience. We only offered to increase the price after we called for the 4th time!
