Alex is an outstanding business man. He is very easy to warm too and feels more like a friend than someone who’s just selling a house. He is so resourceful and responsive and his attention to detail and knowledge is spot on. I had used other agents before him and liked the service for some and not for others. I would never use anyone else now I’ve found him and nor would my family. I honestly can’t recommend Durden and Hunt enough. His team are like him as they have been trained by the best. Moving home can be extremely stressful and that’s why it’s vital to have a good agent. I’m local and have used a lot of others in Hornchurch in Upminster and no ones come close over the years of going through selling 3 homes to this time.

The agent is very helpful in matching the buyer's needs. We found the house we wanted just a week after seeking the help from Durdant and Hunt. Their service is highly professional. In the process of negotiation, they helped both parties to communicate smoothly and effectively. We were served by Ross, Amanda, Grace and Ciara, et al. They were all very helpful. We would highly recommend using the services of Durden & Hunt who have recently sold our property and provided a friendly, reliable and professional service throughout. The team (Matt, Grace, Amanda et al) were always very courteous and their timekeeping on any accompanied viewings was excellent. What we particularly like about Durden compared with other agents is that they were great at providing feedback, liaising with solicitors on conveyancing matters and more generally following up on any action points.

My experience with Durden & Hunt was nothing short of excellent. Matt, Ross, and Amanda were all individually brilliant.
Matt was my first point of contact and Ross did all the viewings. Matt really listened and was super quick at getting our property listed. Ross then secured multiple viewings and they sold the property faster than we expected.
I’d like to say a huge thank you to Amanda because our sale wouldn’t have happened without her. It was her resilience and tenacity that really got the transaction over the line. She chased the evasive and vague conveyancing solicitors every day until she achieved the results that no one else could. From resolving solicitor disputes, to relentlessly chasing the agents of the bottom at the chain, she really did whatever it took to move things along. She’s an asset to Durden & Hunt.
