I found the staff very friendly, they weren't pushy, and they were instrumental in getting the purchase over the finishing line after issues with the sellers and their solicitors.
After hearing horror stories regarding estate agents it really is refreshing to have such a positive experience.

Not property related but just wanted to say how lovely all the staff are at this branch. My 11 year old son became very unwell outside Bairstow Eves last week. I was concerned that they would be annoyed, but they were quite the opposite. Julie came out to me and my son and asked if we would like to come inside so he could have some privacy and was so welcoming and kind. Very much appreciated!

Right, where do we start? We recently used the Bairstow Eves team in Hornchurch for a property purchase. The team here have literally gone above and beyond to help us with our purchase. We had issues with our solicitors but with the help of Abbie, she got it done. Abbie has been very professional, yet friendly, and made the whole process smooth and informative. Julie, the manager, also played an active part and was helpful. I also have to mention Charlotte and Donna as excellent staff. But again, we have to say thank you to Abbie again as she really did make this process a lot more easier than previous experiences. DONNA WAS INCREDIBLE. I can't put into words how reassuring, kind and helpful she has been.
Throughout the whole process of getting a mortgage, I've been clueless from the start - not only has she educated me on how this works, given me the process, helped me understand - given me regular updates, communicated with myself, the solicitor and my partner, as well as staying positive and friendly through the hard periods but she's managed to also make me feel like I haven't annoyed her once - I cannot give her enough praise.
I'd recommend her and the team to literally anyone who asked, I don't think I can think of a single fault.

Being a landlord can be stressful especially when moving homes and getting married simultaneously, the Hornchurch Letting branch were very understanding of this and took all my problems away!
A very professional, polite and extremely efficient team.
They were excellent at finding a tenant within a few days with the strict criteria I had given them-exceptional service.
Stephen was excellent at troubleshooting any problems that raised with the properties, I cannot thank him enough-such a polite gentlemen. I was sent an email to leave a 'positive review' of my experience, which in itself is presumptuous, then called a day later to check whether I received the email, and asked AGAIN to leave a review. I do not appreciate the pushy approach, nor being called unnecessarily when I'm at work. If only I had as much time on my hands as the staff there seem to!
