Fantastic experience from start to finish. We were initially with a different agent, who we were not overly happy with, so we switched to Bear. Without the team at Bear Estate Agent (Zoe, Helen et al) going over and above the call of duty, my wife and I would have found the whole experiencing of buying our first property in the current economic climate more challenging than it ought to be.

I can not rate Bear Estate Agents enough, selling two houses within a month for me. From the moment I engaged them, they were polite and courteous, even taking their shoes off at the door.

We had an excellent experience with Bear from start to finish. Roman was great, clearly in touch with both the local and national housing market and BoE figures. Tia and Georgie lined up lots of viewings, all very well coordinated and communicated to us. Zoe pushed the entire chain along, it would have taken twice as long had it not been for her efforts.
All in all cannot recommend the team at Bear enough, perfect balance of professionalism with the personal touch throughout.
