We just bought our new home through St George and, while they were acting for the vendor rather than us as the purchaser, we have been hugely impressed with the way they run their business. Darren and his team are one of very few estate agents that we have ever come across that have been completely open and honest throughout the process. It is clear that they did so in a manner which also kept their client’s best interests at the forefront. Darren in particular came across as hugely experienced and was able to answer numerous questions about the property at our first viewing - normally when I ask basic questions to estate agents about a property, I am met with a blank stare!! Darren and his team however, either provided immediate answers or found the answer and actually communicated it to me. It was so refreshing to deal with genuine people who clearly take pride in their work. While we were on the other side of the transaction, we have been so impressed that we will be instructing them to sell our rental property.... Read more

I 100% recommend St George Homes! The service they provide is outstanding and makes you realise why it's so important to choose the best estate agent by looking at service as well as cost. The online agents are cheap, but the service is terribly lacking. St George are absolutely superb; they are professional and honest. The Sales Progression service is outstanding. St George made a very stressful chain a million times better with regular and thorough updates and they even covered the appalling lack of service from Purple Bricks to assist all in the chain. Without St George, our chain would have undoubtedly collapsed. Darren and his team are genuine, kind, helpful and professional in every aspect.
