Fantastic Team at Hebburn and Cara and Michelle from another Branch.
These Girls worked so hard to get us sorted in a new Home after being let down last minute on another House we had secured.
I would highly recommend this Agent to anyone wanting to Buy or Rent Properties. Special Thanks goes out to Cara who worked after Hours to ensure we were sorted on the deadline date.

I have not dealt with the Hebburn staff but on the whole Andrew Craig are disgraceful. In my opinion they work for the landlord and do nothing for tenants that have serious repairs that need done, the only way to get serious repairs done is to get the environmental health involved which forced them to do it, but even then they want me to live in the property while they take plaster off all the down stairs walls and re-plaster, if they do the job properly then I will have no/or limited access to the stairs, front door, back door, toilet and bathroom, living room and kitchen... Of course I was never asked if it was okay so today my notice is going in and we will see what happens..
