I can't recommend MRA enough. They were great when I first moved in, and any little inevitable issues have been resolved very quickly, even on the same day. Nothing is too much trouble if I have had to call for anything.
Never would I use MRA again! We had problems at the start when they kept asking for our deposit and guarantor even though we had paid, I should have known then. Our landlord was great thank God we kept in contact with her as MRA took weeks to sort things out. When we moved out we left the house immaculate the landlord even message and thanked us for doing so. We requested our deposit as we didn't realise we had to use it for the last month rent meaning we had overpaid by a month. Two months later. That's right TWO MONTHS LATER still no cheque after ringing, going in asking and they said 'it was because the boss wasn't in to sign the cheque.' So after ringing the start of this week and threatened to take it to a small claims court they amazingly managed to sign the cheque that afternoon. We went and picked it up and deposited it into the bank and they added an administration & vat fee meaning we lost £60 of our deposit. Furious isn't even the word. I would recommend avoiding this company with a barge pole. Unfortunately there is a lovely lady who works in the office that would bend over backwards but the negatives massively outweigh the cons. But apart from herself the service and attitude both myself and my partner received was appalling!

My previous experiences with selling my home with estate agents had not been good. With Goldfinch I have had a brilliant experience and have sold my house within three months, beating my expectations. Excellent customer care especially from Kathryn whom was helpful, polite and patient throughout the sale. I would recommend Goldfinch to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Johnson and Tucker have led me through very long and drawn out process of trying to rent a commercial space, and was assured I would be getting the lease, but the day i was expecting to have everything completed and get the keys I was told they have decided to rent it out to another company. They had been stringing me a long while trying to get this other company to take it, 3 months they have wasted my time. Costing me significantly in time and money. The completely screwed me over. Not a company I would trust. I will never recommend them, in fact quite the opposite.

I will not recommend this, there was nothing they asked for that we didn't provide. They kept asking for impossible, even questioning how someone else bought a house until we got fed up and they got away with our £400 . Quite frankly they scammed us.
