Awful - suggest avoiding at all costs!

The office spaces are small but provide a service. The walls are thin and you can hear people in adjoining offices clearly, this does distract and could cause issues with confidentiality agreements depending on the nature of business. Staff are pleasant but completely ineffective if issues arise.

I moved the business out of these offices in January for the above reasons (giving notice at the end of December as per our contract). I also applied for our deposit back in December. It is now the end of March and we are still owed over £400 plus our deposit. I have been given multiple excuses and promises, all broken. I am having to take legal action against them to get the money back. PLEASE AVOID!

I received unjust invoices, very distressing and inconvenient. I asked for a office phone - I never got it. Oh, and my employee resigned over the terrible noise in the co-working office as she could not perform her duties - cost me disruption to my business and I am in-dept to this company for rent as they wont let me out of my contract with no charge despite everything they put me through. Avoid the co-working office and go for a single office the size of a match box with no window and pay lots of money for it instead is my advice or better still go somewhere else.
