They take all your details and never call you. I enquired about a property. Staff were seen laughing and joking and as I stepped in suddenly changing. I assume they deleted my details after I left. They know how to get rid of customers or maybe they are racist towards Black and Asian people. I don’t know.

We were left to wait for ninety minutes for a viewing and the estate agent never turned up. In the end the gentleman supposedly was at the property but his phone had died. His colleague at the office told us he was on his way, erroneously, and never gave us a callback after we had continued to wait fruitlessly. No proper apology, not good enough.

Everything was pretty good with these estate agents when buying my new home. However I wouldn't let them refer you to a solicitor-they advised me to use a service called Andrews Home mover, which put me in touch with a (not great) local solicitor whilst effectively charging a substantial amount of money for the privilege.
