I had been renting my property out in Mitcham for the last 10 years. I then decided to sell so I had 4 valuations from all the local agents in Mitcham.
I live in Cornwall so to be honest I didn't have much knowledge about the sales market.
Ali from Barnard Marcus did quote the highest FEE out of the 4 agents.
However he did keep his promise and achieve £8250 then what I originally wanted.

The Sales team in Mitcham Barnard Marcus was very helpful, knowledgeable and available when I need them. They were able to secure the deal and get me the best offer on my property during Open House. I cannot thank Barnard Marcus Mitcham enough! I met Ali in November and he promised me he would sell my property, in one week I was under offer and buying my dream home! I had the pleasure of working with Serge to help my brother and I find a flat. I cannot stress enough how fantastic Serge is. He is diligent, easy to work with, will intuitively know what you are looking for, and is always there a second after you've made a request. We found our flat quickly thanks to him, and he made the process of securing it completely painless. Given that my brother and I both have busy jobs, if it wasn't for Serge, it would have made the experience a headache, as opposed to what was a breeze.

The rest of Barnard Marcus Putney I interacted with to a lesser degree, but the few experiences I had it is clear they have same work ethic as Serge. Easy to work with, diligent and hard working, and they are there immediately when you have made a request. Thanks again Serge!
