They simply lie in the ads! I've just "viewed" a house that I didn't even enter because the ad said that the property had a off street parking, but on site it turned out to be a nasty lie. Terrible practice by this company, they just wasted my time!

I’ve had the most amazing service from yinka
All the ups and downs we faced he was amazing through out the whole process.
We finally got our home we wanted and even after everything was finalised yinka still called to check up on how the renovations was going.
Anyway who has yinka in charge of your buy will be over the moon.

I bought a three bedroom flat from them. Yinka Ashiru the estate agent has been extremely helpful, being in the middle of all negotiations between i and the seller. Mr Ashiru went out of his way to help me with any inquiries i had, especially when some aspects of the sale became challenging.

I must be honest I didn't have much faith at the beginning as I had a real bad experience with another local agent, However Vezir, delivered what he said he would and Sold our house for over asking price which we really appreciated as we needed every single penny for our onwards, and once again Vezir helped with our onward chain in Kent with there sibling office.

I had a wonderful experience with Barnard Marcus Estate agent in Mitcham during a house purchase. The staff were very nice and treated me with respect.
Yinka and Solvick worked with and supported me throughout the process of house purchasing and offered me a lot of timely professional advice.
I have developed a good relationship with all the members staff particularly Yinka , who even answers my queries on weekdays.
Barnard Marcus offered me a gift on the day I went to collect the keys, and this made my experience of working with them all the more special.
