Knight Frank’s communication was poor and often they wouldn’t update us even post a viewing. In 4 months, they had just 21 viewings which resulted in 1 offer well below asking price - we have had better results with Marsh & Parsons in just 3 weeks!
All in all estate agents I've met have been friendly. However when I met with Billie-lee Blankson she was what I would call a friend. She never hard sold to us or pushed us into anything we did not want. Allowing us time to take the perfect property which suited our needs. She always text or emailed when we had queries about the move in process and kept us readily informed about the house and how things were going. If you want a 5 star service in Tooting I suggest you go to see her. All the best and Good luck with the New Baby.
I would never recommend anyone to deal with this branch, as this has the worst customer support I ever encountered in my life. Recently, I have been trying to contact them to ask few simple questions about my tenancy agreements. First, I sent an email, which remained unanswered, then, I called directly to the branch were I was told that everyone is busy and I will be called back. Having patiently waited, I called on the next day again and same scenario happened. I called kn the third day and I was given same answer: we will call you back asap. When i asked fore a more detailed timeline the person on the phone just kept on saying: cannot give you more details, it will happen asap. I believe this is pretty rubbish attitude and the administration fee they charge for the contract are pretty excruciating, so what am I paying for. On the positive side, someone from the HO at least attended to the call and said that he would deal with the enquiry. So watch out for this agency and avoid at all cost.

Before moving in, we were talking with Selwyn. He was very available, very efficient, we had never seen such a good agent. We were very happy.
When we moved in, we found the house in a very very dirty state. After asking for a receipt or some cleaning for 2 weeks, we found out the cleaning was made a month before we moved in. I believe any clean family cleans at least twice a month - especially when the property is big - so the state of the property was beyond any living state. We asked for proper cleaning and it was refused. We asked the manager of the agency who told us " you refused as you already had taken care of it". We hadn't yet and then asked for some proper cleaning but it was refused, we were told to leave the property as dirty as we found it.
When we moved in, the fridge was not working. Our agent, Ieva, called a couple times some technicians and then gave up. By that time, they had left for some vacation. I found out by calling them myself, as Ieva wasn't doing it. When we threatened to find someone ourselves and ask her manager for reimbursement, it took her 5 minutes to find a technician. That took a whole week without a fridge.
We are still waiting for feedback after the comments we made about the inventory, more than two weeks ago. We also mentioned the bathroom's fan that is not working and didn't get any answer about it.
The wooden walls of the garden are falling apart and toads set up because it is humid and rotting. Again we are waiting for any reaction from the agent, nothing seems to happen.
After all these issues, we thought maybe it was Ieva who was not doing her job efficiently. After emailing the manager, Graeme, it seems to be okay with this and in the same state of mind as her. We are very very disappointed. We were so happy to find some good agent and they just end up being the worst we ever had.
Very efficient and helpful service from William who helped me to make a move back to the UK from abroad with the minimum of hassle. Very happy with my new apartment in Wandsworth. The process was smooth and clear with all legalities fully and transparently explained and all paperwork well in order. Very impressed!
They'r nasty, rude, cheaters and a bunch of twisted liers. never use these horrible cheating idiots at all. We Were dealt with buy the black guy Sherard James who lied throughout, took our money and paperwork plus waisted our time whilst, he had already let the flat to someone else behind our back. To wind us up he kept on lying, threatening and blackmailing us in to making us pay higher than asking price, bigger deposit and longer 2 year tenancy period and demanding us to have no or longest possible notice period while the property was already let and being occupied by another one of his tenants. All that for nothing. Just to earn interest on our money.
He gave us so much assurance that we already served notice on our current land lord and are now fearing having to leave without next one in place, thanks to this horrible nasty guys.
