We had a very lengthy and problematic selling process, however Drew’s positivity, determination and professionalism helped to make the process smoother, quicker and less stressful. We cannot thank him enough for the work he put in and I know compared to other agents he went above and beyond.<br>During the selling of our property we actually lost our first buyer, as their chain had broken down. Thus happened in a Friday , our house was put back on the market on the Monday. By Tuesday of that week, we had a new buyer. This was down to the hard work of another of Andrew’s staff - Junior. Horrible experience. I applied to get more details and a viewing for a property several times and got no answer. I emailed twice asking about that property and some others, again, no answer. I called several times and every time I tried to speak to the Lettings department no one was there to pick up. I ended up talking to the Management team and gave them my details and they said another agent would reach out to me later or the day after about the properties. No one did. And then properties I was interested in seeing were all gone but never even got the chance to view them despite having had applied for them and contact about them literally the same day they were posted on the website and letting apps. Never got an apology or anyone reached out to me or simply responded to all forms of communication I started at any point. Lack of professionalism, suck poor quality of customer service and liars. And the good reviews come from the agents asking you to write a Google review after talking to you once without having even helped you to find a property. A joke of a company.

I have not found a rental property yet (this housing crisis is horrific) but I really appreciated the way Richard Blewitt dealt with my enquiry today. I am a disabled person with cats, so am not many landlords most desirable tenant. He took the time to ask questions, & speak frankly about the difficulties of my search, whilst also being positive about the right property being out there. In the last 8 weeks I have been ignored, belittled & often outright illegally discriminated against by Estate Agents. Trying to find a home right now can be incredibly incredibly distressing, & the most vulnerable people are the ones bearing the worst brunt of things. A phone call like the one with Richard today can make a massive difference to just how distressing each "rejection" is, & that's more important than most estate agents probably realise.

I went with Andrews as their initial approach and preparation was more thorough than the other 3 agents I spoke with before choosing which agent to sell my house and I went with my gut instinct based on this. I went with their strategy to market the house as "OIEO" £700k as they felt that in the market at the time (over 3 months before end of the stamp duty holiday) this was the best strategy. Unfortunately, my house did not receive one single offer after about 20 viewings. Similar houses in the same street sold at or close to asking price. Thus, the strategy did not work and the house did not sell. My work circumstances change so I took the house off the market. Small things like spelling and grammatical errors on the listings for Zoopla and Rightmove (which I had to correct), inconsistent feedback after viewings and no discernible strategy change during the sales campaign probably did not help.
