I went with Andrews as their initial approach and preparation was more thorough than the other 3 agents I spoke with before choosing which agent to sell my house and I went with my gut instinct based on this. I went with their strategy to market the house as "OIEO" £700k as they felt that in the market at the time (over 3 months before end of the stamp duty holiday) this was the best strategy. Unfortunately, my house did not receive one single offer after about 20 viewings. Similar houses in the same street sold at or close to asking price. Thus, the strategy did not work and the house did not sell. My work circumstances change so I took the house off the market. Small things like spelling and grammatical errors on the listings for Zoopla and Rightmove (which I had to correct), inconsistent feedback after viewings and no discernible strategy change during the sales campaign probably did not help....
