They take all your details and never call you. I enquired about a property. Staff were seen laughing and joking and as I stepped in suddenly changing. I assume they deleted my details after I left. They know how to get rid of customers or maybe they are racist towards Black and Asian people. I don’t know.

Would give no stars if we could!! Terrible communication, withholding deposit without explanation. Beware!! What a terrible letting agency. Maybe we were unlucky with the landlady from hell but the agents should act on their behalf fairly... this was not the case with Andrews. Avneet was so incapable as an agent, especially at the end of the tenancy! Avoid at all costs.

This is very serious concern, People please be aware of Andrews Letting agent. You will feel very much unsecured in the rooms rented from Andrews. You will never get any update or information if someone will come to ur flat for any requirement. Anyone can ring your door bell at anytime without giving you proper notice. Also you will never get any update regarding any problem you report, also they don't wants to listen any type of complain . They don't allow you to revisit the office with any type of complain and forcefully make yourself out from the office. They don't value tenant's time , money and words, i must say they are hear to cheat the people. I am sharing my personal views . to you people. So think 100 times before going with Andrews.

40 minutes late for a viewing! After giving all my information over the phone they could hardly give me any information about the property and who was the landlord! Unprofessional so say the least!
