What can i say about Ange & co except WOW! From the very first communication we had, everything was honest, open, straightforward & efficient. Ange has been a beacon of light in this rather lengthy process & chain. She has always been available for me as well as my buyers & has shown so much empathy & understanding for the situation. Above & beyond anything else I find Ange & the team to be honest- there’s no over inflation of price to get you signing on the dotted line or to work on their commission. Everything was done with us & our situation in mind & at the fore. I cannot recommend Ange & co enough for every thing that they have done. If you need an estate agent i would implore you to use Ange. In a world of agents that can sometimes be a minefield - Ange is the one that is a shining example of what the industry & it’s standards should be. We chose Ange and Co to sell my dads property as dad had had dealings with Ange many years previously and he always said how good they were, I was very surprised when getting in contact that Ange could remember my dad, so it already felt like a very personal service. The whole process from start to finish was excellent, the staff were kind, helpful & extremely efficient, never once did I have to approach them to find out information, I was kept well informed about everything and once we had a buyer I got fortnightly phone calls to inform me how everything was proceeding. The initial valuation was done by Tom who not only gave us the best price but was one of the only estate agents who told us that we didn’t need an energy performance certificate for this property, saving us a significant expense. This was a difficult property sale as it was a bereavement. Not only this, there were many unexpected problems that drew the sale out on what should have been a very simple process. Without the compassionate and professional support from Ange and her colleagues, liasing between various lawyers, we could have easily thrown in the towel. Cannot recommend this company enough.... Having to sell my Sisters home after her passing has been a difficult time for myself and brother, but Ange and her team have been AMAZING,I can't praise them highly enough.Tom came to do the valuation,he had done all his homework regarding the house,very respectful of our loss and how difficult it was for us to start the process,a very pleasant man to deal with,answered all our queries and nothing was too much trouble.
