This letting agency should not be overlooked or missed. For once I did not feel like just a number. I did not feel like I was in any sort of queue. Angela is so lovely and goes that extra mile for what you are looking for. Very easy to talk to and communicate with. Avoid at all costs. They hold onto your deposit for as long as they can and they try to stop large amounts for no reason. Also very rude if you have issues as a tenant and ask for help.... Read more

An honest view I rented a couple of properties that were not up to scratch in the beginning only to be fleeced of my deposit when i left, the first property the roof leaked in every room and it rained into the kitchen, second there was hidden dirt that had been left from the last tenant, she acts more in favour of the landlord and not the tenants even though the landlords let some shoddy properties that are nowhere near perfect when let out, ie ill fitting flooring and various wear and tear. If this lady was a credible agent by any means she wouldn't even consider renting some of the properties that she advertises. After leaving my last property i came across dirt on top of the kitchen unit's that appeared to be year's old it was so thick yet i took on the responsibility of the last tenant and scrubbed it clean only to be charged for other area's of cleaning, one can not do it all, also the grill pan had a green thick substance in at the start of the let which again i cleaned before use, overall this agent was good at responding to repairs all but one whilst i was within my tenancy, which again was used to deduct from my deposit. If a property isn't immaculate at the start of a let then one shouldn't expect it to be left as such once they have left. I can say that lisa was brilliant throughout and this review is no reflection on her.... Read more

Angela Dixon lettings is the worst letting agent I have come across in my 15 years of renting experience and dealing with letting agents. She is rude and unhelpful with her tenants does not know how to communicate without being condescending or a abrupt. The fees for the letting agent are ridiculous and unclear. You get no support if you are one of her tenants. Whole experience with Angela Dixon has been awful I would highly not recommend using her services. I'd personally go elsewhere and even pay more to at least deal with a professional agent instead.... Read more
