Amazing customer service! Jay Patel and the team made the selling of my property a stress free process. They were extremely friendly and helpful and the video that they made for the sale of my property was fantastic - I will be keeping it to look back on - the house never looked so good! They were there with regular updates and advice every step of the way. Couldn't have asked for a more professional and friendly team, so much so they are currently helping me find a rental property! Highly recommended.

Jay helped me and my partner find our dream property. Property hunting in Croydon can sometimes be difficult due to the aggressive nature of some of the other competitors but he was so helpful and attentive and made the whole process quick and easy, the next time I am looking to buy or rent I will definitely go to Appleton estates again.

Very bad service ????
Please don't use this service.
They made me paid rent by standing order and after finishing my contract they kept taking rent from my account. When I asked to give my money back / refund my rent, as I wasn't aware they taking my account they didn't listen me.
I have to chase them for my money. After that they arranged meeting in the office. They been so rude in meeting. They kept my money in their account without my permission not willing to give me back.
The lady called Reshama who is owner she is so rude,unprofessional, with worse behaviour.
I have worse experience with them.

Appleton Estates have been a great estate agents to deal with. When I viewed the property, Jay was very friendly, clear and was able to answer all my queries.
When dealing with issues such as repairs, Appleton estates promptly replied to all my requests for maintenance to be carried out. I found Jody to be particularly helpful in providing our property with a hoover, which has allowed us to easily maintain the carpeted communal areas.
I'm docking one star because when I moved into the property, there was no central heating, despite being promised that there would be. It wasn't until 3-4 months after moving in that the heating got sorted out.

I interviewed a few agents before deciding to go with Appleton. Hav and Reshma were friendly and knowledgeable of the Croydon market and came across well and concerned about the longer term business.
They have met my requirements to rent the property on a company let. Were quick to market and to close the deal with their team responding quickly to queries and actions. The property was let within a few weeks which is good for a company let.
Appleton are managing the property and am confident this level of service will continue.

Reshma and her entire team have been both professional and friendly throughout the entire process of letting out our home. They are always easy to contact and respond the same day. We felt Confident that they knew what we were looking for in tenants. We have Appletons fully managing our home while we have moved abroad. I know it is in good hands. If you are looking for a friendly personal service for competitive fees then these are the estate agents to choose. We have already recommended them to our friends/ family should they need to sell/rent in the future. Keep up the good work guys and thank you once again!

I had a confirmed viewing scheduled at one of Appleton's properties. I arrived at the property on-time and nobody showed up. I waited about 15 minutes and still nobody arrived. The confirmation email from Appleton contained the mobile number of the agent I was meant to meet, which I called twice but nobody answered. I also tried calling Appleton Estates' office number three times and kept getting the busy tone. I've had viewings with about 10 different estate agencies over the past month and this is the first one that has caused my any trouble. I'm absolutely shocked at how unprofessional and disorganized this outfit is. What a huge waste of my time. Never again.

From start to finish my experience with Laura A and Appleton Estates was seamless. Laura was prompt, professional and made our lives so easy in getting our rental sorted! She also seemed to very honestly answer any questions about the property we have just signed for. We didn't have to ask for anything like EPC certificates as she was always one step ahead. Would highly recommend this agency to anyone - I have dealt with many agencies in my time and this has been the best to date. Thanks!

PLEASE BEWARE!!!! I put down a £400 deposit with Laura on a property which I later found out wasn't even ready to be rented out due to not being officially sold to the new owner and because it needed building work. They kept failing my referencing I can only assume to drag out the time and try and keep my deposit. It got so strange I called the referencing company who told me I had in fact provided enough information/proof needed to pass and that they didn't understand why Laura was telling me I was failing. I then suggested a guarantor to Laura in which she accepted but then less than 24 hours later told me actually it was to late (highly unprofessional), I had failed and would not receive my deposit back. I think its disgusting that people would unjustly do this. Its pure greed. £400 is a lot of money especially to someone with no where to live. I am looking into how to take this further with the council. I am happy to provide anyone interested with proof on request. Despite what they may say please be careful.

Right from the very start Jay could not have done any more to help us have a smooth ride by organising all the viewings and bringing in potential clients throught our doors.
We would 100% recommend Appleton Estates and their service that they provides especially the regular updates throughout the whole process which really took the pressure off of such a stressful process.
Unfortunately, we had to go with a private sale strictly because we had our friends interested in our property. But Appleton Estates have truly impressive and low commissions which can pretty much put any other big giants to shame. They are flexible and understanding as well.
I have recommended them to couple of my friends already. Good luck guys and thanks a lot.
