I am with this agency nearly for three years.
The office workers always are nice and palatal, always explaining what will be happening in such as cases which one I was having with my property for example I had broken top from the bath they come and they fix it.
I hand the issue with the window which one was cracked they come they fixed it and put a new window. Our House had the issue with the heater, through the winter time which one was actually the issue with the boiler they come and they bring in engineer .They fixed the details of the boiler and we don't have any issue since last visit of the agency. So I don't have any issue to call straight away to agency,they always working through the situation.

If your are looking into selling your property I would 100% recommend Aptus Estate Agents. They offer a very professional, friendly and excellent service. We were having difficulty selling our fathers property then we approached Aptus, they guaranteed that they would be able to sell the property within our time scale. They offered excellent service and support from start to end, went over and above to ensure that the sale process went smoothly and sold the property as promised. They came across a few difficulties with my father but they never gave up, always remained professional, polite and very helpful. They continued to offer my father further help and support even after the property was sold. Evans Willie (sales manager)and the agency promote a known property education scammer Samuel Leeds as seen on BBC and Joe Lycett, in a recent sham video claiming to have made Evans financially free in 7 days, it appears the agency was complicit in a recent videolog promoted by Samuel Leeds, do not trust this agency

I've dealt with this company in letting out my property they took a bit longer than expected to find me tenants however I'm so happy with the tenants they have selected for my property they have been well vetted and have been residing in the property for over 5 months with it still being in excellent condition.
A bit of constructive criticism, I feel as though the team is doing a good job with their current situation but could do with a little extra manpower. As this will help when dealing with queries.
I would highly recommend this company as my experience so far has been really positive I hope that this continues to be the case.

Rented our property with them and it has been a night mare experience. They would not inform you of the tenants living in your property, would not provide you with any documentation. They dont even pay you the rent in full or inform you when the tenants moved out or when new tenants moved in. They drain you of all your energy in following up with them on whats happening with your property. Total scammers.
Response Update:
Sorry I had to correct you guys here, Its us who started the claims initially thru PRS (Redressal body) who gave outcome confirming our claims. As deposit doesnot fall under their remit we furthered this issue thru online courts which is now differed to slough court.

I had one of the worst experiences in my life during the time me and my partner stayed at their property in Milton Keynes.
We payed a 2 months deposit when we moved into the property, the property had a lot of technical issues which were never resolved during our time there.
After a few months we were told we need to leave the property because the agency has terminated the contract with the landlord
Their "owner" Imran was extremely impolite, lied and threatened us a number of times.
They haven't payed any utility bills for the property for more than a year but they were still renting it out. We were without the Internet the whole time and the power supply was shut down a number of times during our stay there.

After dealing with this agency I can safely say I have never felt so emotionally drained and distressed. I and my partner was offered a flat in july and paid a holding deposit of £500 with the reassurance the flat would have been ready by the end of sep. After no communication on their part I rang up out of the blue 2 weeks before our moving date to be informed the flat was not complete. They offered to show us another flat and we turned up to the location and after waiting no one turned up. They made up excuses of miscommunication and then offered a refund. Me and my partner took. I emailed to say I would not put a review bad nor good if the refund was dealt with professionally and promptly. It wasn't. Instead I rang and emailed being told the money was sent, then being told I had to have proof that I paid and I did! After hours of stress and also dealing with a family crisis they refunded the money late in the evening. I posted a review by then warning others and they had the nerve to ask me to remove it as the matter had been resolved. But by the time it had been resolved I was upset and depressed. I've never felt so let down and feel I have a right to warn others, as I would hate to see anyone else suffer as I and my partner has.
