I've dealt with this company in letting out my property they took a bit longer than expected to find me tenants however I'm so happy with the tenants they have selected for my property they have been well vetted and have been residing in the property for over 5 months with it still being in excellent condition.

A bit of constructive criticism, I feel as though the team is doing a good job with their current situation but could do with a little extra manpower. As this will help when dealing with queries.

I would highly recommend this company as my experience so far has been really positive I hope that this continues to be the case.

I would like to say a big THANK YOU to APTUS Estate Agents for the excellent customer service provided during the process of renovating my property and finally getting me a suitable tenants. I am grateful beyond words for all the support I received. The team really went the extra mile making sure we are updated on every step in the process - always kind, professional, easy to speak with and super responsive. Rented our property with them and it has been a night mare experience. They would not inform you of the tenants living in your property, would not provide you with any documentation. They dont even pay you the rent in full or inform you when the tenants moved out or when new tenants moved in. They drain you of all your energy in following up with them on whats happening with your property. Total scammers.

Response Update:
Sorry I had to correct you guys here, Its us who started the claims initially thru PRS (Redressal body) who gave outcome confirming our claims. As deposit doesnot fall under their remit we furthered this issue thru online courts which is now differed to slough court.

A worker Danny brought round my passport. It had been delivered to the wrong address. I am travelling early next month. The inconvenience in not having my passport would have been immense.
