Real world scammers for tenants as they act to be polite at the start but then throughout your tenancy they don’t help and drag issues for months and months, they don’t take care about tenants as they issued the notice to leave just 20 days before our renewal date and charged an insane amount of 750£ even though the property was kept well and clean. So I would really recommend to avoid them if you don’t want to suffer through out your tenancy.

Scammers they don’t care about tenants at all. You will be repenting if u rent or buy through them as I have gone through this experience so I will hardly recommend avoiding them as they just care about their money only at the end of the day.

I don’t recommend at all this company. We have been suffering for whole year with plumbing, drainage, appliances issues but they never helped on time infact they given us notice just 20 days before the renewal date which is totally unfair considering my wife was heavily pregnant and in the end when we managed to move out of the property they charged us insane amount of 700£ even though we left the property in better conditions then how we found it.

Avoid if possible. Completely unprofessional, no one in their office seems to understand what is happening with their listed properties. I called on the day a property was listed and was informed someone would call me, I then called for the following two days consecutively and was informed the same thing. I then called a few days later and was told offers were taken on the property and viewings had already happened. I’m pretty sure they favour their “own” people. After asking for an explanation I was fed more lies. Not someone I would look to use in the future. 0 work etiquette and professionalism from the staff.

Really recommend Ashley Bennett’s. They sold my house in days for the price I wanted and then were extremely helpful throughout the process. A special thank you to Emma who helped progress the sale throughout and was also extremely supportive when the process was stressful! A great service and worth paying a traditional estate agent fee rather than going with a with cheaper competition that’s now available! Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Bradley is the best and easiest to deal with agent we ever had! From the very beginning to the very end of the process he was always updating us on every step (even when there was no update he would always let us know), he is very responsive and was always there for us while selling our home. I used Ashley Bennett Estate Agents to sell a property that was subject to probate.
I left the keys with them and they arranged and met all the viewers at the house. They gave me notice of each viewing and feedback after the event.
We discussed reducing the price in view of the market drop from September 2022 to when it was sold “subject to contract”.
They kept me updated during the selling process and were liaising with my solicitor to speed things along.
Nothing was too much trouble for them to get the sale completed.
I would certainly recommend them as a great estate agent to use.

Really wouldn’t bother, enquired a property for rent as clearly explained situation, promised a call back by a chap called Charlie, even if you chase and chase bloke still doesn’t get back to you.
I can take bad news I’m a big lad, from a customer service perspective if that’s the case then it’s duty of estate agent to inform you the customer. I’ve rung three times dealt with a gatekeeper and emailed Charlie direct ignored on all fronts.
What’s frustrating I’m itching to buy but can’t as ltd company hasn’t been trading long enough to satisfy lenders hence renting. So for sure lost a future buyer.

Trying to schedule a viewing with them is a nightmare. One person says that it’s all done and we have an appointment and are going to receive a confirmation 24 hours before the viewing but when called again the other person says that there aren’t any appointments made and is extremely rude. I suggest the company to train their staff how to handle situations without being rude and communicate with each other. Do not recommend.

From day 1 fantastic service. After a horrendous experience with another local agent I moved to Ashley Bennett. You are not sold a load of spiel. Valuations are honest and realistic. Communication is great with phones continually manned. You are made to feel comfortable with asking questions albeit I received updates at each point without having to chase once.
Other amazing thing is amount of buyers they have on their books. After being made to feel that I would struggle to find a buyer Scott got me 4 viewings straight off. The lovely Jean was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend

It is very refreshing to find a company with good old fashioned values, who really care about their customers, and about how they do business. It has been my pleasure to experience both the Lettings team and the Sales team, and both have been exemplary.
The lettings team took on my portfolio of around 50 properties, and made an immediate difference. Their property condition reports and regular visit updates are particularly good.
The sales team have sold several properties for me including one of my own, and couldn't have worked harder! Marketing was exemplary, as was communication. I couldn't have asked for more.

As soon as I made contact with Ashley Bennett a heavy weight had been lifted off my shoulders.
I spoke to a lovely lady called Helen who took the all my stress away. She explained the process of renting a property back on to the market after having a bad tenants.
Helen was absolutely helpful and was so warming. I can’t believe the turnaround of the service within days from viewing the property on the same day and sending a cleaner to get the property to its standard.

They ensure that their properties don't sit on the market for too long. Put property was put live at 2pm on a Friday and sold by 10am on the following Monday. Our previous agent had our property on the market for 2 months and we didn't have any interest at all. So this just proves to us as to how brilliant Ashley bennett estate agent really is.

Ashley bennett are amazing workers! They have valued my property really well and I was really impressed with the guidance they gave.
Our property was live with another agent but unfortunately we had no interest. We switched to Ashley Bennett and oh my! Our photos were amazing and looked so much clearer and better than our previous ones, they kept us in the loop and informed with everything, and after our property was live for an hour we already had a viewing booked.
Our property was listed at 2pm on the Friday and was sold by 10am on the Monday. From then onwards ashley bennett have continued to keep a strong link for communication and have ensured that I'm informed of everything that's going on.

The best estate agents! I bought a property through Ashley Bennett and I wish I sold my property with them too. They was absolutely brilliant. They kept us informed throughout the process and are such a lovely team. A special mention to Jean. I cant thank her enough, she went totally above and beyond. We finally got our house in the end but the process was made a lot less stressful thanks to Ashley Bennett Estate agents. Guy's don't think twice go with Ashley Bennett straightaway if you're purchasing your property they've really helped me during the peak lockdown time by pushing solicitors and completing the sale before the promise time.

Ashely Bennetts Estate Agents exceeded all of my expectations in what an agent can bring to the table in my house sale.
I was very impressed from the first moment Wayne Diggins visited my property and I knew shortly after that using Ashley Bennets was the best decision I had made.
Within the space of one week I had viewings everyday (upto 3 on one occasion) all of which were serious prospects which showed the high level of due diligence performd prior to booking viewings! At the end of the first week we had received multiple offers and eventually accepted in excess of the asking price.
There was then a very smooth transition from Sales to Sales Progression (Jean Gravett). I could tell from the get go that Jean had a huge amount of experience in her role and she was able to offer me so much advice throughout the process. Jean was very proactive but if I needed anything she was just a phone call or email away with an immediate response!
I thought I would share our impressive timeline:
23/09 - Property listed
27/09 - Offer accepted in excess of asking price
04/12 - Exchanged
06/12 - Completed

Very bad service. Always call and pester and try and pressure me into viewing the property that i don't need. They also tell me a property on the market for £300,000 i could buy for £240,000. This is very bad for clients to have the estate agent tell buyers this info and lose them £60,000.

I have to say massive Thank you to the AB Team especially from Alex in particular. We finally got out exchange completed with a completion date after months of delays from the Council! Alex, held the whole chain together, and without him I don't think we would have got there. I would highly recommend using them and will definitely be coming to them in the future!
