Jeezus!!! It’s like pulling hens teeth, trying to get information out of these people, and their sooo rude! Interested in a property they have for sale, but tbh, they put every obstacle in the way, it’s like they don’t want to sell it: would not elaborate on what kind of renovation is required: in one conversation it went from bulldozing the site to just needing an new kitchen: we live 2 hrs away, just wanted to know if it was inhabitable and the extent of renovations needed, we wanted to establish wether or not to view: that’s up to you they said: yes, it is, but we can only make a decision with information! The advert wasn’t very enlightening, so we was hoping for further clarification, but they were so rude, we felt like we were a complete inconvenience: whoever is selling the property at silt road, I’d get it listed with another agent pronto! Shame, because we are genuinely interested in this property: everything we are looking for: but we give up

Chris and Rebekah provided excellent service and advice to ensure that the letting and sale went smoothly, quickly and without hassle. Had a complaint against Ashton Roberts upheld by The Property Ombudsman. An amount of compensation was awarded by the ombudsman. The agent refuses to pay. Be warned tenants, in my experience this agency are a law unto themselves. They did not carry out repairs effectively and have incredibly poor customer service!
