19th Feb 2025 (25 days ago)I cannot thank the Homeworks Team enough for providing a high class service. At a sad time of bereavement they secured sales of two houses with professionalism. From Carl being spot on with the valuations, to Lauren communicating at every stage. Lauren also went above and beyond sourcing a Locksmith when we had an issue with one of the houses locking, meeting them at the house. They also had very good knowledge of local services in Dereham. All has been much appreciated for a seamless service.

So many things about Russen and Turner were outstanding, from the truly exemplary brochure with amazing photos which stood out on Rightmove to the relationships forged over the time we worked with them all. Communication was so good and we trusted them in all areas. We are so grateful to them for the support and reassurance they gave us selling a property from outside the area, they were on the spot and we were so happy to have them in charge of selling the property so very efficiently.
17th Feb 2025 (27 days ago)PHOTOS TO SHOW WHAT LIARS THIS COMPANY IS! Contact initially was brilliant, back and forth really quickly and were told we could view the land we had enquired about whenever as it wasn’t in use. We viewed the land and travelled an hour to do so, it was unrecognisable. It was in use with wheel barrows, rugs, water bowls and rubbish covering the floors. The field advertised was grassy and immaculate in the photos but in person covered in mud with deep 6-7 inch holes through it, the stable doors had holes in and were hanging off and to top it off the concrete floor was covered in animal poo and straw. The land was in fact in use by 4 horses. I contacted to let them know, after being called a liar and having to provide proof and photos of what we were met with they finally told us it is being let out and that they will speak to the owner and contact us asap. After 2 further weeks of hearing nothing, and the photos still being advertised (but changed to relatively new ones) I decided to call again and was told straight away I’d be contacted before the end of the day. I have not been contacted and when I tried to ring before they shut no one answered. All my emails have been ignored over the last few weeks and I have been lied to multiple occasions. All I’d like to do is apply for this land out of desperation which they are aware of my circumstances but refuse to tell me the truth. I have tried to make multiple complaints but always end up being put on hold and told “well if you don’t want to apply that’s fine” no I want to apply but it’s in use and still being advertised?? Absolute disgrace of an estate agents!!!! Photos below show what was advertised compared to what we were met with after travelling an hour.
18th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)My car got repaired at BMW Enfield. Cannot thank Marco enough. He kept me updated and explained everything to me. He was very lovely and even engaged with my son (about football ????????), when I brought him with me to collect my car. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
4th Aug 2024 (7 mo. ago)Property went "live" and we had 2 viewings within 24 hours. Our property sold the following day. Buyers had to wait 6 months to move as we had to wait for our new property to be completed. Progress updated to buyer on regular basis and sale went through generally without bother (a few usual bumps in the road with solicitors, etc) but all completed successfully.

Puja and the team (Varun & Komal) have been very prompt in helping me with the tenant-finding service initially. Now I am glad to offer t99homes with full property management service. I am truly delighted to have a partnership with them as a landlord. I will strongly recommend them for competitive offerings adding value to customers.

Their communication was great throughout the whole process and any questions we had were quickly passed on to the seller. Would highly recommend.
5th Dec 2024 (14 weeks ago)We have used Cathy and the team at Hockeys twice now and i would not even think twice about selling through any of the other agencies in the area! Cathy sold both houses; she is honest, reliable, trustworthy and always picks up the phone - most importantly she tells the truth - not just something you want to hear! We have had contact with most of the team at Hockeys Wisbech, from the initial meeting to the final handover of keys and you would not wish for a more reliant and trustworthy agency. If you are selling in the area please do not use anyone else and invite Hockeys around and you will know your in the safest hands! A review left with love for them all - Cathy, David, James and Katie!
