If possible I’ll give them zero star, NEVER rent with them. Their properties are unkept with bedbugs and you might never get your deposit back from them. They are unorganized set of people especially Ben and Liam are so rude. ADVICE NEVER RENT WITH THEM... Read more

Agents don’t really care about anything. We gave them a holding deposit but still at the end moment they gave the house to someone else because of which we were homeless. They will not reply to your emails, calls or messages. They don’t have communication between each other and the process is too tiring. One of my friends was living in the house and we were supposed to take the same one and they had left some things for us and now when we ask to claim those items, they make excuses and are not giving us our things back. Pathetic service, rude behaviour, rude people, extremely inhuman, not gave us the house even after paying and now not giving us our things back. Will NOT recommend these people at all. We were with Aspect for past 3+ years and as someone who has been renting in London since 2010, I can say that they have been the best property renting and managing agency with very genuine and personal customer service. Trough out the years we always received prompt communication regarding any maintenance or changes, never had any complaints nor issues and any requests were dealt in timely manner. They are easy to reach via phone or email or by just popping in to their office. The only reason we moved out of one of their properties was because we bought our own, otherwise we would still be their customers :) Thank you again.... Read more

Extremely rude, unprofessional and pathetic service provided by aspect property. I spoke to an agent there like 4 times to enquire about a property, to sum up the conversation let's just say it was most awkward, rude and unhelpful conversation I had with any agent. It's really rare to find those people who truly go above and beyond, but Matt and Liam at Aspect Property helped me when I needed it most, and they managed to sell my property when I had begun to believe that it would never happen! Matt is responsive, informed, efficient, and very pleasant to deal with. Liam also stepped in at a crucial moment, and I could not have asked for anything more from either of them. Extremely unresponsive, they don’t reply to emails or answer calls for weeks on end. They are kind of rude as well, really not helpful. Instead of them providing a good service and doing their work my partner is the one having to chase them just for an answer. Would not recommend there’s plenty of agencies in London that would be much better help... Read more

Unprofessional and Rude!! Do not go to them. People are extremely rude. I have booked a viewing and took a half day from my office to see the property. I have been trying to reach them to confirm the full post code and to get a confirmation from them that there would be someone at the property to show. I have called them multiple times, they connected once but hung up on me without providing me any more information. Just 5 minutes before the allotted time to me, they sent me a text that they are unable to open the locks as they have got wrong keys. My half day salary was gone, I have travelled to the property and when I said that this is unprofessional, instead of apologising they started to make excuses and being very rude. I would like to share their message ——— We have staff illness and holidays so our office is empty whilst we undertake several viewings we are very busy every 15 mins with more viewings We cannot be held accountable for keys, we do not own the property we are just a letting agent and it would seem the landlord has made a mistake and supplied incorrect keys these things happen unfortunately from time to time We can only advise of the situation and and when we find out and we can only apologise when there is an issue With regards to your request for the postcode Any version of maps, google, Waze etc will lead you to Ancona Road in NW10, there is no immediate need for a full postcode. Furthermore,any search of Google would have provided the full postcode should you really require it. We are with other clients and unable to answer the phone of deal with these types of enquiries at this time. Once again we apologise for any unforeseen inconvenience this has caused and will await an updated set of keys from the landlord before we reschedule any more viewings 1. They could have checked the keys before making the appointment and most importantly PICKING UP THE CALL would be the main key to communicate what’s happening and letting me know that should I come or not! 2. If you are saying that me asking postcode was a wrong thing to do so, let me tell you, I am new to the city, I would like to get a confirmation from your side that someone is at the property for viewing. But if you are saying that you are busy and cannot help the customer with the proper address and other clients are more important to you. Then sorry! But other agencies are doing extraordinary services. Also, if this was so easy then what is the use of POSTCODES? Why do other people use it? 3. Being polite and provide the information is what your job is! First you wasted my time and giving me replies like you are too busy to reply to others and I am not that important person to talk while standing on the street waiting for you to confirm the viewings. 4. If you are too busy every 15 minutes, you should have understood the value of my time also. I have given you time but you failed to provide services. The path should be - Communicate Accept Apologise Be polite But instead you choose to - Blame the landlord Not accepting the mistake Making excuses Being rude... Read more

Aspect Property are the best Property Managers I have used in my long career of renting out my properties. They were recommended by a good friend who also has worked with them for years, and he wasn’t wrong. They found me great tenants, are very quick to respond to any issues that come up. They have provided me with fast and economic solutions to maintenance, and are just generally really easy to get on with. After a family bereavement it was necessary to list with an estate agent. We had several realtors from the area (Harlesden) conduct initial visits of the property and we were struck with how well Aspect Property came across and represented themselves. They were reasonable in terms of the valuation (not overpricing just to get you to list!!) and really seemed to listen carefully to what we required and our concerns. Unfortunately the sale of the property took place in the looming shadow of Brexit and so a seemingly confident buyer of our property unfortunately backed out after signing and just days before the Christmas holidays! I and other members of my family began to doubt whether or not Aspect could deliver but somehow they were able to find another buyer in short order. They very much valued their prior promises to us and worked strenuously through Christmas and New Year (usually estate agents take holidays at that time). Imagine my surprise when I touched base with them on the first Monday after the holiday and they were able to find an even better buyer than the first and still have completion happen before a very important deadline. Ben (special thanks), Liam and Matthew really know their local market (Harlesden). They were professional at all stages along the process we are glad that they were able to deliver.... Read more
