Wow what a shocker where do I begin I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff were very unprofessional especially to name Raza was very disrespectful towards a customer while I was waiting in the office. Think again before picking this estate agents. Glad I left and went with a new one.

Worst estate agent I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been calling them almost 4 weeks straight about viewing a property. Always stating they will call me back, they never call me back.
I’ve message via their website, called probably more than 15times, not once did they ever get back to me. They say they will give me a call, but really they never do, not once. I even asked to speak to their manager, still not even a call back.
I even gave an offer for a property, did not get back to me or even seem like they took note of it.
Extremely unprofessional, terrible communication, poor customer service.
I personally would never use them to sale my house.

I have given my property for full management with Milestone for several months now and am so far very happy with the service they provide. The manager David initially came to the property and stood out from all the other agents as the most trustworthy and reliable. Our property manager Gabriel is very responsive to both emails and calls and I feel my property is in safe hands with him. I have had experience with a bad agent before so it's refreshing to be dealing with a professional, communicative company which takes the worry out of letting a very important asset to me and my family.

I don't doubt the other good reviews as they didn't mention the agent that was assisting me - Raza at the Willesden branch.
In summary: I approached him regarding a sale on a commercial property. He quoted a figure without seeing the premises as his colleague took measurements and pictures but wasn't aware of area prices.
I wasn't convinced by the quote provided so spoke to local surveyors and other agents who quoted substantially higher prices. So I asked Raza to back up his quote with evidence /market material. Nothing was sent through.
The terms of business was sent to me 10 days after initial consultation.
In the TOB Raza quoted his fees as: "Our Sole agency rate is 8% (+ VAT)
& 5% (+ VAT) of the premium achieved"
I thought this sounded way above the line as the average estate agent fee in the UK is 1.18%+VAT for a sole agency agreement, according to TheAdvisory.
So I called up the branch and spoke to another colleague and requested information about the fees: his quote 1% +VAT for sole agency and 2% for multi agency. I asked if this was standard for all commercial sales which he replied yes.
When I mentioned this to Raza he obviously wasn't happy, and called me out for "investigating" which I explained that as a customer I am entitled to do. He went on to say his colleague knew nothing about fees and ended the call with I'm not going to reduce my fee, I can't do business with you, goodluck and bye"
He also failed to put the timescale for the agreement, which is a standard yet important piece of information in all agreements or mention 'no sale, no fee'.
If I didn't pick up on these points I would have been liable to pay hefty costs, be stuck in the agreement until 2050 more or less and pay up whether a sale or not!

I and my boyfriend had a fantastic experience with Milestone Estate Agents .We only had 15 working days to find a new flat but they worked very hard to make sure that everything would be prepared in time. Communication and speed were excellent! We mostly talked with Gabriel but everyone else at the office was very nice, too. Despite the time pressure and the fact that it was our first time renting our own place, everything was very professional and in the right order

We purchased a property through the Sales team at Milestone Estate Agents. The level of service and attention provided was exemplary at all stages from our initial viewing through to completion. Having dealt with a number of estate agents during our property search Milestone really stood out in providing not only honest unvarnished views (not always a given when dealing with an estate agent trying to sell a house!) as well as professional service and preparedness. They also did a great job in managing the property chain and in keeping us informed throughout and were a pleasure to deal with. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Maybe it’s not such a good idea if you agents are driving i. Your vehicles marked with your brand, to go through red lights a speed up and down residential areas. The matter including CCTV footage has already been reported to the met police and they will be in contact with you shortly.

Our house was rented by milestones and it was a disaster - they issued an incorrect contract which meant we were stuck with a con landlord who put 12 people into a house when our contract says no more than 5. It was unsafe, our storage shed broken into, our processions taken to an unknown address ( took us months to try and get them back), the council investigated overcrowding and we had to go to court twice to get the house back .Milestones refused to engage but still demanded their fee. We even kept pointing out the fire and health risk ( sewage coming up through toilets) for the tenants who moved their from overseas on false information- they did nothing. The milestones employee joined the con landlord. Don’t touch then with a very long barge pole ....

They are running a unprofessional and unregulated estate agency , And when you demand your money or any answers they threaten you,
I have reported this to the professional bodies and the fair trading standards and to the property developers please do your research before you go with this estate agents
