We started viewings for our first home at the beginning of April knowing nothing about the process and how long it could take from beginning up to get the keys. After couple of viewing without succes we met Alison who showed us our house to be on the 10th of April, very lovely and friendly lady who made everything feel super easy and less stressful then what we though would be. After couple of weeks we also met Christopher who was very supportive and helpful to sort things between solicitors and make sure that the sell/buy of the house it’s gone happen and in record time we moved in on the 20th of June.
In such of stressful proces for some people this amazing Aspire team was so calm and always very prompt to our emails and questions. We would recommend them to every single person around us who is looking to buy a house.

I had heard mixed reviews of (other) agents at Aspire prior to working with them ourselves, but Alison was great! We had open and clear dialogue at all times and built a good working relationship. So much so that I requested Alison remain my contact throughout the process and was very pleased when she agreed. Far better to keep a positive relationship that be passed between agents (IMHO). Perhaps mainly to do with the state of the market but though there were numerous viewings it took a long time to get any offers at all, and they were at first derisory. When the offer improved somewhat it was hard to tell how reasonable it was. As I had waited a long time I was advised to take the offer which was still well below the original asking price.

Unfortunately a complete disaster from start to finish. So many things went wrong in this process ( we bought a property with them ) that it is difficult to list them all. We were promised things that apparently could not happen ( and they knew already but made us think could be done to speed up the sale) as well as lied on multiple occasions when, after the exchange we asked to visit the property again for some last checks. As said the list could go on and on however as cherry on top of the cake, after a lot of stress as we were in chain and there were delays, they refused to come and give as the key when it was time so we had to go there to collect .We bought and rented before however this was an incredible unpleasant transaction especially compared with the agency we used to sell our property. When the time will come for a sale we will know where not to go.

We initially listed our property with Purplebricks, where we struggled with follow up from viewings and various other issues. Because of this we decided to go with a traditional agent. Once Aspire had it listed they worked tirelessly to get it sold and one thing I think is so often overlooked is the work required to get a property exchanged and across the line. Chris was chasing solicitors up and down the chain as well as other agents. Without him this would undoubtably have fallen apart and he outshone the other agents in the chain. I can't recommend Aspire highly enough.

Really disappointed with the customer service. Selling a home is stressful enough as it is but it was made so much worse by the person managing the sale. Complete lack of support and was left in a really tough situation. Honestly would not recommend.

We interacted with numerous estate agents in the process of purchasing our home and Michaela was easily the best. Obviously we wouldn't have bought our home if we hadn't liked it anyway, but I can honestly say Michaela made all the difference to the sale. She was experienced, well-informed and very responsive. She was open from the start about potential problems with the property - which had she concealed and they'd come to light later, would probably have scared us off. She was unfailingly patient (we made her show us round the same house three times!) and knows the area really well, which helped make our decision easier. I speak from a buyer's perspective but if we were ever to sell our house, I would not hesitate to use Michaela and I would recommend her and Aspire to anyone looking for an estate agent local to this area.
