I couldn’t agree more with below review. Gary Hamilton is a credit to Aspire. I never feel I can completely trust an estate agent. With Gary however, I have full confidence that he has MY best interest in mind. Honest, straightforward and very hard working. I highly recommend the Battersea Aspire team. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

Aspire - Raynes Park

I first came across Aspire when I had enquired about a property through RightMove (or similar). Michael Robinson at Aspire contacted me to let me know the property was no longer available but that there was another property that he wanted to show me. After several months of searching Michael had found me a great property and once I put in an offer he was helpful and present every step of the way. I had heard so many stories about agents being difficult and not very pleasant to deal with but Michael and in fact everyone at Aspire really helped me in completing this purchase without significant problems, they were extremely professional and efficient. I wasn't made to feel like a business transaction and the personalised service really does count for a lot when purchasing a property as it can be quite a stressful experience. He eased my concerns, kept me updated and went the extra mile by recommending other services that I'd need throughout the process (surveyors, lawyers, mortgage brokers) I was so happy with the service and extremely grateful to Michael, he made the experience so much more enjoyable and less stressful. I'd definitely recommend and use Aspire again in the future whether it's for sales or lettings. Thanks again to all at Aspire!
