One star is far too high! Worst agency in London! Most dishonest, disorganised and illegally operated company I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with! Two friends and I were looking for somewhere to rent. We spent 3 weeks going through referencing and lots of waisted time chasing up useless staff memebers!! We had to write a long essay to « sell » ourselves to the landlord, send our linked in profiles. Which I find absurd! Later down the line after refferencing had been passed the landlord randomly déviées that she didn’t want shares in the end, in the same day the sent a marketing email to all new clients (one of my friends received) saying that the apartment was back on the marketing!!! Despite the agency still still holding our deposit which is completely illegal! After this we were told that we would be able to have the property again if only two of us were on the tenancy agreement, which gave us hope… We were promised we would receive our new tenancy agreement Monday 8th of April only to discover that our agent who we were in touch with was on AL. After such a whirlwind of stress and emotions we found out that the landlord actually didn’t want to apply for liscence for sharers and that we will be refunded. Two months we spent waisting our precious time. Despite our requirements being clear from the start! To any of my friends and family who are looking or selling I will strongly discourage them from using aspire.... Read more

My two flat mates and I have paid the holding deposit for one of the properties under Aspire Fulham properties, they are using the system Goodlord which is highly problematic and stoped to work for me and and one other flatmate, after asking the agency to help us reset it we were left with no message back for 2 days. Additionally the contract had my name spelled wrongly as well as the phone numbers of the other flatmates, which also took the agency 3 days to change. After 10 days of waiting to hear back from them we just got the response that we were let go. If you want to pay the holding deposit just to wait to hear back from them for 2 days and then for the agreement not to work out this agency is perfect for that.... Read more

Finding a flat usually generate a bit of headache, but this time everything went smoothly: I step into my new flat quickly and without stress. During all the process Rebecca helped me to find the perfect flat and did not put additional pressure on me. She has been always kind and professional. Amazing Service - After searching long and hard with many of the agents around Fulham/Parsons Green. I have been working with Kit for over a year now and find that he will go the extra mile to help get transactions over the line, be it by chasing the parties on either side of the transaction or assisting to obtain something that is outstanding from a third party.
