From the get go everyone we spoke to at Aspire was clear, honest, super responsive and friendly. They never tried to push an agenda and worked with us in our best interests to get our flat sold. Relationship started well and Charlie seemed full of enthusiasm to assist with the property purchase. However that enthusiasm soon started to stink of greed for the substantial commission when we had a few delays due to the recent death of our solicitors husband and the surveyor valuing the property at substantially less than marketed value. This caused utter panic with Aspire as the house was also advertised with a competing agent. We were subjected to some of the stereotypical behaviours that people jest about Estate agents including swearing on txt and calling our solicitors and pretending to be the purchaser. It felt similar to how one feels when you get hounded by those pesky hard sell street traders in popular holiday destinations. If the property is also advertised with another agents such as James Pendleton then i strongly advise to make your offer via them.

Aspire is our go to agency now for non other reason but one Charlie Floyd! We met Charlie while trying to buy a home from abroad. Charlie took the time to understand our situation and went above and beyond to organise video calls, virtual tours, and help us understand the neighbourhood as we were in and out of the country relocating. He knows the market and this neighbourhood inside out and was a fantastic guide through the entire process.
After we lost our first offer to a local buyer (in insight we're so glad we did), Charlie found us a much better property through a private sale.The house is within 5 mins walking distance from our kids' schools with a large southwest facing garden, it has everything we asked for and more. When an unexpected previous buyer came back half way through with a higher new offer, Charlie went out his way to negotiate with the seller a reasonable counter offer to secure our purchase and satisfied the seller.
He also has great relationships with mortgage brokers and solicitors making the entire process seamless and easy.
Professional, efficient, and responsive, Charlie is also honest and warm. You could tell he truly cares for his clients! We’ve met agents who just focus on the sales, and then there is Charlie who truly care about the people and what they want, and it matters especially when comes to finding a home not just a property.
In the end, when the seller asked to change the closing date due to an injury, Charlie helped them move out personally so we could move in on time before the kids’ school started. My boys simply adore him! (no candy bribing involved)
We couldn’t recommend Charlie enough. We found and got our house keys 2-months after we landed in London, all thanks to Charlie!

Charlie Floyd at Aspire is a rare breed of estate agent, one that any home buyer would be extremely lucky to work with. He goes above and beyond, time and time again, to help his clients from beginning to end, as he did with us - as well as our vendors. His communication, diligence, efficiency, manner, and professionalism is beyond compare. We’d been looking for a home over a year and had experienced the misery of a deal-breaking price-hike just before exchange on another property. When we eventually viewed one with Charlie (cancelling another viewing on his recommendation to see it) - he immediately understood that we were a good match for this property and helped us through the process brilliantly. We also witnessed him helping other clients physically move house for an entire day when they were let down by their removal company, and helping our vendor sell and move various antiques!! I chose Aspire Battersea to sell my house as I was so impressed by Michael's kind manner and professionalism. It was then a total bonus to meet Charlie, who conducted most of my viewings. Charlie really took the time to get to know my house and familiarise himself with the points I wanted to put across to buyers about specifications that I thought may differentiate my house from similar on the market. We have been guided by Charlie on our property search quest and were really happy with his proactive help, very quick responsiveness, high professionalism throughout and excellent, kind communication. You will be in very safe hands if you work with him. He did not just show us the apartment, explain everything diligently and coordinate the negotiation process, but further was available at all times during our move-in, even though this process was managed by the landlord's company. Very positive experience overall, Charlie is a really great person and we are super grateful for him to have found us such a great new home!

Thanks to Charlie who was amazing throughout. Property was as advertised. Super clear and responsive communication and Charlie was mega helpful with liaising with the current tenant for me to get answers to questions and measurements. I didn’t feel like someone who was being bustled around properties and felt I had a good adequate time to spend viewing which is not always the case.
It was also a real easy process to organise and sign tenancy.
I would highly recommend Aspire.

I received a terrible service as a tenant, first they advertise no deposit scheme and refuse to let you have this, because it’s «too much paperwork for them». Then they say that the property is quite but it’s so noisy in and out that it’s impossible to have a quite moment here. Just a blatant lies. The noisy screamy bathroom fan was promised to be fixed before the moving date and it’s now 2,5 month since we moved in and they still didn’t fix it. I called and few sent emails about it but they don’t even bother to reply to them. Just regretting ever getting in touch with this estate agents, as it seems that they treat tenants without any care. The worse experience with estate agents in my entire life. If I could give 0 stars I would.

In the end I didn’t even let out a property with Charlie at Aspire but I was so impressed with his communication and professionalism for my property search I’d thought I’d leave a note of my appreciation ! Had an amazing experience with Charlie at ASPIRE who helped me secure my new flat!!! He was extremely pleasant to deal with, quick to follow up, and made my life incredibly easy. I recently bought a house in London that was advertised by Aspire. My experience with them has been very positive: I dealt with Michael R., branch manager at the Battersea Park Office and he was very helpful, responsive to any questions I had throughout the process and provided prompt feedback to my questions.
The communication between myself as buyer and the seller has been very fluid, thanks to the intermediation of Aspire. Michael managed expectations and helped during the sale process step by step.
I have dealt with many agents from other agencies but the level of professionalism, competence and transparency that I found with Aspire has genuinely been unrivalled.

Aspire sold our flat as the market turned down for the asking price: quite an achievement! Gary Hamilton was excellent, giving us straightforward marketing advice which turned out to be accurate. When the solicitors lost their sense of urgency, he reinvigorated them so that we completed on time. I would recommend Aspire to others thinking of selling.

I couldn’t agree more with below review. Gary Hamilton is a credit to Aspire. I never feel I can completely trust an estate agent. With Gary however, I have full confidence that he has MY best interest in mind. Honest, straightforward and very hard working.
I highly recommend the Battersea Aspire team. If I could give more than five stars, I would.
