Unfortunately I haven’t had a good experience whilst renting with Newton Fallowell Oadby.
I reported numerous of repairs including mould issues in the property which were ignored.
I reported a rat infestation within our outdoor communal area and was told to contact pest control myself.
I was left without a working heater in the living room in a property that is extremely cold.
Snotty/rude responses via email when I questioned why they were raising the rent considering said repairs had not been carried out.
Also when vacating the property they withheld my deposit due to ‘repairs’ which most of which I had previously reported which has now left me with £75 out of a £495 deposit.

Very disappointed with this Agent! In the 7 months we were with them, we had 5 viewings and not one bit of feedback!! We even had a viewing booked in which was cancelled but we weren't told about it! We were asked several times for our availability as they had viewers interested but then we would hear nothing! Overall, so disappointed with the poor service hence us going with another Agent.

I rented a property with their help 2 years ago and vacated the property recently. Deposit return process was very straightforward. Remi and the team were really friendly, helpful and approachable at both start and end of the tenancy. I would recommend them without any reservation.
