Unprofessional agents! Viewed property, made application, and then they didn’t call as they promised, tried to call them and no one picked up phone afterwards, and in next two days property was gone to different renters! Don’t fall for these agents!

Useless and rude, they don’t care about their tenants and ignore emails. Happily let me rent a flat above a gym which opens at 4am with loud noise with a 5 month old baby. Don’t ever use this company!

To handle the sale of a house in Oadby, Oadby Estates stood out over other agents in how they saw and marketed the potential of the house, and in their detailed understanding of the locality. The house was empty, and as I live some distance away they offered to call by regularly to check everything was OK. Anup did an excellent job attracting and vetting potential buyers and always had his finger on the pulse, staying in regular contact, and even supervising minor repairs which the eventual buyer requested. Always polite, excellent judgment, he guided the sale through to a successful conclusion. I never regretted my choice. Highly recommended!

I cannot thank and recommend the whole team at Oadby enough. The initial purchase of my flat was protracted due to a difficult management company who own the building. Oadby correspondence during their management of the flat throughout my 7 years of owning it was always friendly, professional and swift in response. The tenancies were all found and maintained by the rental team - and the flat was barely without a tenant. The sale was difficult with 3 sales falling through, due entirely to the management of the buildings lack of cooperation, but Oadby found a new buyer straight away and we eventually got there! I would not hesitate in using the Oadby team at any time in the future; their knowledge of the area, property and trends are spot on! Plus they are a real nice group of people. I genuinely consider myself very lucky that I had Oadby looking after me, my property and my tenant during this period.

This review is well overdue, i purchased a property June last year that was advertised through Oadby Estates. It was a very loooong process due to the seller, however it was made so much easier by the amazing help at Oadby Estates. If it wasn’t for all the help from Vinay i would of been drowning my sorrows in wine daily as it was the most stressful thing i have ever experienced. I think sometimes people are quick to blame the agents for issues when in reality it is the seller who is causing the issues. Definitely would use these guys again! Thanks for your help guys!!!!

I would recommend not to rent from thisestate agent if you have young children and you are single. I have rented a property from them and when I moved into the property they were no heating I contacted the agent no response for a month and a half and when I did get in touch with t them nothing was done to fixed the problem. I developed a information from the moldy house and being a asthma case it was no good for me and my young children . Instead of them fixing the problem they have spent most of the time trying to make me the bad person . I was admitted to hospital 3 times and now I have to take steroids to help me breathe every day I can't walk 5 steps without taking my inhaler. If you don't want to end up like me think twice before you go there.

Although the registration and paperwork fees are expensive, they are very much on the ball. we dealt with vinay and communication has always been good,he chased up on contractors when jobs needed to be done,always contacted us to ask if jobs were complete.Holiday emails always sent out so we knew when he was out of office. If you want a property long term,then the initial fee is a small price to pay,these guys are good.

would not recommend !! as i am looking for increasing the size of my office i have at present and they have missed out BIG TIME HUGE on a possibility of a rented office or 3 !! .
customer services and call backs are priority - word of mouth and reviews e.g face book - twitter and general reviews goes ALONG way.
