No matter how many times I tell Austin & Wyatt that my elderly parents no longer want to sell their house, they don't stop calling them. The level of calls has now reached a level of harassment. I would not recommend communicating with them unless you are fully committed as they will constantly distrupt your family life.

Firstly I would like to thank natalie for her persistence in getting me and my wife the house we really wanted. She has stuck with us through out 9/10 months of hassle. I would also like to thank Zoe for speaking with me and explaining that I should Kenya flat and rent it. I’m sooo happy I took her advice. The both of them are a great credit to Austin and wyatt they have been amazing. To be fair I’ve spoke with a few in the estate agents and they where all fantastic ????

Two failed auctions ( only informed of the second three days before). Just wanted to reduce the price continually and people viewing made offers against the lower advertised price rather than the higher intended reserved price. The price was reduced significantly at intervals over a three month period. One offer placed and accepted within the auction auspices, suddenly had a caveat added after the auction closed asking for a survey. Austin Wyatt's auction department said this could be done as the offer made was just under the reserved price. However, post survey the offer was withdrawn. Unfortunately, we had turned down lower offers in favour of the accepted one. We were told that the person concerned could not be held to the terms of the auction. So it became quite apparent that the auction process was a waste of time.

For the past year, my house has been on the market and finally i can say its sold, exchanged and will be completed this friday.
Its been a very long journey which i am so grateful to zoe, lucie and georgia for theyre determination and help to get me where i am today.
Circumstances havent always been great with my property (first buyer pulled out due to the owner of the flat i wanted taking too long to find his next property) but we made it in the end.
Couldnt of done it without the support of these ladies.
Myself and my daughter will be forever grateful to you.

Bought a property through them. Avoid at all costs. Aweful service from Shirley office nd not prepared to deal with queries that they missed on there inspection of property before advertising it. People we bought from left tons of rubbish Shirley office, not there responsibility. vwould highly recommend avoiding. You have been warned

Not great at communicating with us and was pretty stressful at times trying to find out what was going on the lack of communication was frustrating and it was left to our sellers solicitors to do all the chasing for us...thankfully they did as not sure if left to Austin and wyatt we would ever of moved. Samantha who is an independent mortgage advisor there was really the only positive to using them for selling our property. She was extremely helpful and quick to reply to any questions we had.

I just recently purchase my first home through Austin & Wyatt Shirley and have nothing but great words for the team! In particular, Sarah was amazing. My chain wasn’t long, but more than a few setbacks happened with the property on top of the chain, meaning that progress was out of my hands and the sellers. This is where Sarah was great - she chased and helped moving things along, delivering every time. And when Sarah was away, the rest of the team were always happy to help with updates too. If I sell in the future, I’ll be going with Austin & Wyatt.

The team at Shirley - Sarah, Natalie and Scott were all amazing, very professional but also very friendly. We dealt predominantly with Sarah but If she was not available Natalie or Scott were always able to help or pass on messages.
Calls were always returned and Sarah was also very helpful with advice regarding the house we were purchasing through another agent who were absolutely appallling.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Austin & Wyatt Shirley to anyone.

More professional and well organised than other local estate agents. They keep you well informed, are helpful as regards timing of visits, and liaise well on any subsequent arrangements or action needed. The photography for the sale brochure is excellent, too. Having a waiting list of potential buyers with funding in place meant that our house sold within a day. The conveyancers attached (Conveyancing Connect) are also very good - although all online, their service is very efficient and responsive. Warm recommendation.

Scott from A&W has been Phenomenal, as has his team Jade, Manuel and Sarah. Buying and selling during a pandemic has taught me a lot about the EA world but these guys look after you. None of the nonsense we have experienced elsewhere.
We almost pulled out, if not for Scott's intervention we would have. A real gentleman in a business world where there seems to be few.

We loved our experience with Austin and Wyatt. We approached them in July to sell our 3 bedroom house. They worked with us to get us the quick sale we wanted at a price we were happy with. Within three weeks we had accepted an offer. Manuel in particular was excellent and kept us up to date with our chain and any developments. He was available almost 24/7 and gave us a fantastic level fo service. When viewings happened, they were professional, safe, COVID secure and even took into consideration our house rabbits! Would recommend this branch as Scott was brilliant. We had a few complications that we had with our purchase and Scott really put in the effort to co-ordinate a very quick completion of less than a week. He wasn't a typical pushy estate agent he just gave us space and let the house talk for itself. He really put us first and would be happy buying from them again.
