Booked a viewing for the property close to the General hospital for 11am. On the way to the property 45minutes the viewing got a call from the agent to say they had offer day before. Parently they forgot to notify me.
Booked another property with them. They contacted me by email to change time. Went to the property for the viewing but no agent. Called them and they told me . We left you voice mail. Never received the voice mail. They could not be bothered email me.
What a waist.

Had a bad start with Linda lush then the manager. False promises but giving nothing to backup. But lucky for us Lainey was there to pick up the pieces her enthusiasm communication and commitment to sell made us stay. Her experience shone through. We spoke weekly and she restored our faith in Austin Wyatt . 18 months later sold! Thankful for everyone involved AJ too but mostly Lainey she knows her stuff . Go lainey THANK YOU

I don't usually leave reviews, but this time it wouldn't be fair not to. Recently had an in-person property valuation done by Gobind, and the service was absolutely incredible! Although I wasn't even in a position to sell the property, he still took the time to help me ascertain its current value for which I am highly grateful.
The conversation I had with Gobind and his fellow colleague AJ was very helpful and informative, and I can honestly say they've gone above and beyond.
For anyone looking for a property valuation or even to buy/sell property, Austin and Wyatt would be your best shot by far, as I can guarantee you won't receive the same level of service anywhere else but here. Many thanks again to Gobind and his team, and I look forward to catching up with them soon!
