My partner and I have recently moved in together for the first time through Austin and Wyatt. Sophie was incredibly helpful and talked us through every step we needed to take when it came to renting the property. She met with us on a few occasions and made everything really clear and was really friendly. When I had questions after the tenancy was agreed, Tia came through for us and basically just sorted everything out, which was a real help in a stressful time. Me and my girlfriend are now completely moved in and are glad it has all been so easy.

Emily was a lovely, kind, professional and helpful estate agent from start to finish. Sadly, my process of buying wasn't straightforward but she would keep me in the loop and go the extra mile to ensure I could buy my dream property. If I were to look again, I know I would go back to Austin and Wyatt.

A huge thank you to Dawn at the Parkstone branch for assisting with the purchase of our first home! From viewing through to completion Dawn was professional, friendly and very helpful. The purchase process was protracted out due to bad luck on the vendor’s side, and Dawn kept me updated every step of the way. Thank you for making the process as smooth as possible! We are now settled into our home and couldn't be happier.

When looking to secure a tenancy we were not kept up to date or informed if our offers had been accepted or unsuccessful, after emails and calls not returned we went elsewhere and secured a property with all checks completed in 48 hours.

I would definitely recommend Austin and Wyatt as an estate agent they have been helpful with both the selling and looking for a property for me.They brought photos of previous properties sold in my area and recommend a price to sell for.
