Poor communication throughout, unrealistic valuations and make sure you read the small print thoroughly before you commit to signing to market your property. Otherwise, you’ll live to regret it and leave with the feeling that you’ve been scammed.

I recently bought a property through Austin & Wyatt and dealt with Gobind Mia and James throughout the purchase. They were both extremely helpful from start to finish and kept me updated throughout the whole sales process, which at times was quite stressful.<br><br>I also used their mortgage advisor, who was very helpful and made that side of the process much easier to understand and manage.<br><br>Once the purchase completed, I then rented the property out through Katherine and Joe, who were both brilliant and made the letting process really straightforward.<br><br>Overall, I had a great experience with the whole team and really appreciated all the help and communication throughout both the purchase and letting of the property. I would definitely recommend them.

????? Outstanding service from Austin Wyatt – especially Gobind Singh<br><br>Selling our deceased parent’s home was an incredibly emotional and difficult time for our family. However, from the very beginning, Gobind Singh treated us with such kindness, empathy and understanding. He recognised that this was so much more than just selling a property and handled our grief and emotions with genuine compassion.<br><br>Gobind promised to make the whole process as easy and stress-free as possible, and he delivered on that promise in spades! He guided us through every step, kept us informed and made what could have been an overwhelming experience so much easier to manage.<br><br>We cannot thank Gobind enough for his professionalism, patience and, most importantly, his human touch during such a difficult chapter in our lives.<br><br>Austin Wyatt are incredibly fortunate to have someone like Gobind representing them. All staff at Austen Wyatt have been supportive in every way whilst selling my deceased mums house. I have had help and advise all the way and I would not like to be with anyone else. They are amazing contiencious and hard working. They are all so polite and accommodating and I couldn’t wish for better or more . They all deserve a huge pat on the back , and I may add Tom will always go the extra mile to help when you’re stuck on anything, that is just outstanding service. This is a five star estate agent and I would highly recommend.

When looking to secure a tenancy we were not kept up to date or informed if our offers had been accepted or unsuccessful, after emails and calls not returned we went elsewhere and secured a property with all checks completed in 48 hours.

We had a viewing arranged with Jared last week, and we couldn’t have been more impressed with his service.<br><br>Jared went above and beyond to accommodate us, booking the viewing outside of normal working hours and, when we got stuck in traffic, kindly waited for us on a Friday evening. He then spent a great deal of time at the property with us, never making us feel rushed.<br><br>He was friendly, informative and, most importantly, very honest and transparent, which we really appreciated. He explained lots about the property and the process involved and was incredibly helpful throughout.<br><br>Jared is a real credit to the team and is a great example of excellent customer service. Thank you again, Jared!

I would definitely recommend Austin and Wyatt as an estate agent they have been helpful with both the selling and looking for a property for me.They brought photos of previous properties sold in my area and recommend a price to sell for.
