How refreshing to be greeted by a young man today showing us around a house, and this young man was the smartest dapper looking estate agent I have ever seen, coupled with his professional approach to business it was well appreciated.
he left promising to get details asked for over to me asap, by the time I got home they were in my e mail box.

Professional, prompt and grounded service from start to finish from Rebecca supported by Madeleine.
Our property was sensibly priced following their advice, attracting several viewings and securing an acceptable offer after 1 week on the market.
We were kept informed throughout the process and really felt they had our back but also supported the buyer.
Would highly recommend this estate agent based on our experience.

I have been a tenant with this agency for two years, and the service has been consistently abhorrent. After a washing machine breakdown took a month to resolve, we chose to be patient. However, the recent boiler failure was the final straw.
We were left without hot water for weeks. They failed to provide any updates and communication was non-existent. This negligence resulted in over £100 in additional heating costs. Despite providing clear evidence of these increased bills caused by their poor management, the agency has opted to ignore my requests for reimbursement. They didn’t even reply to my email. This is absolutely appalling.
This agency fails to act in the best interests of either the landlord or the tenant. I have informed them that I will be pursuing this matter through the Small Claims Court if it remains unresolved. Their lack of concern is startling. Potential tenants and landlords: proceed with extreme caution.

Jared at Austin & Wyatt has been fantastic to work with while renting out my property. He has been very attentive, efficient and thorough throughout the whole process, always keeping me updated and making everything feel straightforward.

When looking to secure a tenancy we were not kept up to date or informed if our offers had been accepted or unsuccessful, after emails and calls not returned we went elsewhere and secured a property with all checks completed in 48 hours.

We didn’t get many viewings and the ones we got were not the right people for our property or they had not sold their property so if they did like it they could not proceed

We decided to choose Austin and Wyatt Parkstone to market our house, and we are very glad we did. From start to finish they were all exceptional and answered any queries however small or large, in a timely manner. They were excellent with chasing of solicitors to get the process moving quickly for us, and chasing up any hold ups and informing us quickly.
A big thank you to Dawn, John, Tony and the branch manager Tom, whom we cannot fault. Our onward purchase is also through a different Austin and Wyatt branch, who again have been faultless. We would not hesitate to use them again.
