Want to know what an excellent village-based estate agent looks like? Look no further than Austin & Wyatt in Lyndhurst High Street. They have been here a very long time and are now a fundamental part of the village ‘backbone’. Their amazing branch manager, Sarah, has a fantastic team - everyone is friendly, supportive, customer-focused and efficient and always willing to help in whatever way they can. They have the full suite of property services under one roof – property valuations, sales, lettings, mortgages - and their mortgage broker, Jayne, is a complete genius! In my particular case, Austin & Wyatt at Lyndhurst have been outstanding – they have provided me with so much assistance regarding my property and all the wider issues – I just can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done.

Overall brilliant experience. Buying a house can be stressful but when you have great support from both the estate agent John Turle and the Mortgage Advisor Joshua Lewis. They make the experience massively easier. Both showed a high level of knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. I would absolutely recommend them, if I could put 6/5 stars I would

When looking to secure a tenancy we were not kept up to date or informed if our offers had been accepted or unsuccessful, after emails and calls not returned we went elsewhere and secured a property with all checks completed in 48 hours.

I would definitely recommend Austin and Wyatt as an estate agent they have been helpful with both the selling and looking for a property for me.They brought photos of previous properties sold in my area and recommend a price to sell for. The first two buyers both made offers so l was able to compare and choose a buyers thanks once again yours K. Nineham.

The flat was over-valued by £30,000.
Our contact left the company and we were not informed or told who our new primary contact was.
Only 3 viewings in 9 months. One viewing was cancelled but we were not told so we sat here like ninnies for 20 minutes waiting for the door bell.
The notice period was 28 days (most others are 14 or 21 days) and they insisted we see that out despite it being obvious we were unhappy with their service.
The commission was a set fee but as the price was reduced, that became much greater than the industry standard 1%.
The flat didn't sell through A&W so we have engaged another estate agent.
