From start to finish, Matt has been friendly, honest and we’ve enjoyed brilliant communication through our selling process. Even when there were hiccups, he kept us informed and responded immediately (even when he was on holiday with his family!) His service, in our opinion, is far superior to other local agencies. It was always professional, respectful and courteous. Our family cannot recommend him highly enough. I've always thought choosing an estate agent is like choosing a dentist - you want one that gives you the least pain. Matthew Barron is very different. The most important differential is that you quickly know to trust him to do what he says he will do. During the whole process of selling our property he never let us down once. He obviously has many years of experience which is invaluable and he uses this wisely. He's very good at what he does, he has your best interests at heart and you can trust him - that's all you really need to know.
