If landlords out there want a good service and a company that will act in their best interest then I would not recommend this company. The woman in the letting side is very rude, either old school, or doesn’t understand the property business. As a business I have a genuine need for a property in the area for a working client of ours where we actively maintain the property. We have an excellent track record for going above and beyond to look after not only our clients but also the landlords property. So for landlords they get comfort and knowledge knowing that their properties are kept to high standards as it’s a reflection on me and my business. I wouldn’t normally write a review. I work with so many good agents. But this lady is not good for this business, she appears to dictate and act in her own self glorification nor does give the best for her clients never mind how she would treat any tenants. Stay away I say. The other agents in the town were all very charming.... Read more

Do NOT use this company to let your property. I’d found Beehive after being let down quite badly by another letting agent. At first they were sympathetic and gave quite sound advise - as one property was empty - but after a fortnight absolutely nothing had happened. On another of my properties they wouldn’t sign the tenant until a valid EPC had been done, which I respected and organised one, mean while the told the tenant they had to set up a direct debit with them for rent. We partied company quickly, I was on their books for a fortnight and Vanessa insisted on keeping my rent money even though the houses had moved to a new agent. Again do not use.... Read more

My Daughter has had a terrible experience with this company.I am convinced that the fees they charge for the Application process are being used as a easy way to bolster the income of this business, application not processed after 3 weeks then they decide to ask for more money.enough is enough as they say my advice .Deal with a company that acts in a responsible way ,and avoid Beehive...
