Terrible service. I recently bought a property where Entwistle Green were the selling agents and throughout the process of submitting offers I had to chase them and they do not return phone calls when they say they would. Finally completed on the property and they have left the old home owner with a set of keys to my new property. Avoid at all costs.

From the outset through to completion Gary and his team at the Burnley branch were very professional, friendly and efficient. They managed the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home efficiently. It took 13 days from seeing Gary in our home to sell our house and buy our new home. Then a little over three months to complete, the team members kept us updated at all times and were approachable if we had any questions. Well done to all the team, we cannot fault them and we were amazed by the extra mile they went to make the process smooth.
Also, the fees were very reasonable compared to other agents.

My wife and I moved to Ireland in December last year and Entwistle were managing the sale of our property. We already had a buyer before we left. The first buyer, a consortium, messed me about for several months and Entwistles did their best to press them into completing the sale, the only thing they didn't try was carrier pigeon.
I was finally advised that I should relist my property, which I did and Entwistle's, I am glad to say, blacklisted the consortium as a result.
Even with a flagging property market they managed to get me another offer on par with the one I had previously got, at the beginning of August and I have just completed. I would like to thank them for all their hard work and perseverance, with a special mention to Carla, Sarah and Gary, who put up with my constant barrage of emails

We had previously tried 2 other agents without success, then took our house off the market. We then tried Entwistle Green and within 5 days had a potential buyer. Throughout the sale period EG were very pro-active, providing an excellent service, keeping us fully up to date with progress and also calling us to see if we had any queries or problems. They dealt efficiently with queries as they arose and final completion was achieved within 3 months. In addition, fees were reasonable compared with other agent's quotes. Very pleased and highly recommended.

Clueless!! Wasn't wrong information 3 timed after explaining for over 20mins on calls. Still didn't get it right. One of the properties they advertising was used as a dumping ground, they took no action. Would have given a zero rating but there is no option but to award a 1 star rating.

Gary and his team were fantastic in the sale of my property, they were always on hand to help with any support I needed and were upfront about costs and there were no hidden charges.
Although Entwistle Green were a bit more expensive than some of their competitors, the service I received was A1 and the photographer they sent to my house was experienced and knowledgeable, thus the photos they put on Rightmove and Zoopla were very good meaning that I was inundated with viewers which eventually led to me receiving the price that I wanted for my property.
I sold my house in around 8 weeks with Entwistle Green and would highly recommend their services as opposed to some of their cheaper competitors, who I am sure would be unable to match the quality of service.
