Highly recommend Bell Watson, although they weren't our estate agent that were selling our property we bought our forever home through them. We had a long journey due to previous buyers pulling out so weren't even sure we'd still be able to buy the house we wanted. Thankfully our 3rd time lucky buyer came along and everything fell back into place. All the ladies in the office I spoke to at some point throughout the process and they were reassuring, friendly and bent over backwards to help when things got stressful. Our former home was well photographed and marketed. We had not moved for 40 years and the process was new to us. We were not pushed into anything and generally sound advice was given. Our sale went through at a price we were happy with, when many others were failing in a difficult period, that was probably testamony to the property and to Bell Watson's efforts. The process of moving is horrendous and needs reform nationally but Bell Watson and our local solicitors, both long established local practices got us through.... Read more
