27th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)DDM came out and gave a valuation in line with the others we asked for quotes. We were impressed with their efficiency and they gave us a good price for the sale. They have communicated well throughout the process. Our house is a bit quirky and so took longer to sell - no fault of theirs. Good all round service.

Collette, Lesley and the team were absolutely superb from start to finish, and quite honestly our experience was that it would be impossible to improve on the service they provided. The team was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and above all thoroughly professional at all times.

25th Apr 2024 (1 day ago)Good communication with calls returned promptly. Slightly Higher selling fees than similar agencies but offices spread around the area and work together. Sales board became damaged and quickly replaced. Viewings undertaken by agent except weekends. Clearly told me what status purchaser were at. Updates on pricing and recommendations when to reduce and when to stick and wait in a poor market situation. However was probably over valued to start with. Individual house so hard to know value.
28th Mar 2024 (29 days ago)What a shame they couldn’t do the job of selling my home. Didn’t response to issues I had by email or phone calls. Only wanted to show people round on Sundays and let someone use my toilet and leave a mess and dirt through my home. Would t recommend to anyone had to change to a different agent who were fantastic.

He gave us the best options for selling and was very communicative throughout the process between us and the purchaser. His advice was very much appreciated. The sale went through as smoothly as it possibly could have done. By far the best option for us with regards to valuation and fees.

Many listings that are already taken & continued to be listed up for 1week+. They have contacted me twice, both times about properties I had not enquired about (1 was out of the price range I had provided them) and they have not yet acknowledged the application I filled in for the property I was interested in. It reminds me of a commission only sales office, not an estate agents. (Just for clarification, I was not informed about the properties being removed. I was not contacted relating to any property I expressed interest in. And the houses offered we're done so with the wording 'you have expressed interest in...' on properties I have not shown interest in.)

6th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Offered on a house at the asking price to then be told someone had offered higher, I said I didn’t want to enter a bidding war. I then rang back not even a minute later with an offer higher than the asking price to be told the owners of the property wanted to sell to the other people and paperwork had been sent across… does not add up. I then asked of another property and put an offer forward and it was a straight no…not even ‘I will put forward to the owner’. I am a first time buyer and all of this has knocked my confidence massively and feel I have been treated unfairly.
22nd May 2023 (11 mo. ago)The rental team were very unprofessional, I found the communication awful. Not returning calls, messages not passed on etc. I asked questions regarding the property to which I already knew the answer and was flabbergasted when I was not told the truth, then when challenged the staff member became very defensive and aggressive in her tone. Whilst I appreciate this young member of staff may not be skilled in customer service I felt her conduct was inexcusable. The staff would benefit from professional help with customer service in particular the younger team members.
