Rachel was understanding of my position as a buyer and really relaid that the vendors which lead to the acceptance of offer that all parties are very happy with. It has been a great example of how to deal with both parties involved equally to maximise the outcome for both. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. 21st Sep 2024 (18 weeks ago)Highly recommend Bell Watson, although they weren't our estate agent that were selling our property we bought our forever home through them. We had a long journey due to previous buyers pulling out so weren't even sure we'd still be able to buy the house we wanted. Thankfully our 3rd time lucky buyer came along and everything fell back into place. All the ladies in the office I spoke to at some point throughout the process and they were reassuring, friendly and bent over backwards to help when things got stressful. Thankyou for all you have done for us. ??????????

19th Dec 2024 (5 weeks ago)We have sold our house with Beercocks, our house is a bit different and Beercocks understood how to market it to appeal to the right market. They attended quickly and took great photos and videos of the property. It was on the market within a few days and since then we have been kept up to date with everything. We have always been able to get in touch when we needed to and our thoughts and opinions have always been taken seriously. We would recommend Beercocks.

10th Jan 2025 (12 days ago)Been trying since yesterday to fill an application to view a house. I filled the application out multiple times for someone to speak to me with an aggressive tone saying I haven't filled the application and that 7 people are booked in. I had the same issue with another estate agent but they actually was honest and said they are not taking any more bookings. That was a full afternoon wasted trying to book a viewing. It really that complicated.
3rd Jan 2025 (19 days ago)We purchased a property being sold through Walshes, and while we weren't necessarily their customers, they were excellent to deal with. They were polite, prompt and professional - I'd recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

22nd May 2023 (1 year ago)The rental team were very unprofessional, I found the communication awful. Not returning calls, messages not passed on etc. I asked questions regarding the property to which I already knew the answer and was flabbergasted when I was not told the truth, then when challenged the staff member became very defensive and aggressive in her tone. Whilst I appreciate this young member of staff may not be skilled in customer service I felt her conduct was inexcusable. The staff would benefit from professional help with customer service in particular the younger team members.

Never heard anything from them had 2 viewings in 6 moths. We swapped estate agents and had 6 viewings in 2 days and sold witching 3 weeks.
