Belvoir Coventry were professional, responsive, and truly understanding of my changing circumstances. Even though I later decided not to rent anymore, they remained supportive every step of the way. Communication was clear, punctual, and respectful; especially, Christine and Anita, who were great and helped me through every step.
For any landlord or tenant looking for a letting agent who honours agreements, treats clients fairly, and works with integrity, I recommend Belvoir Coventry 100%. From my experience, they act transparently and handle matters properly; a reminder that there are always two sides to every story.

AVOID BELVOIR AT ALL COSTS! They're utterly incompetent and completely disregarded the Tenancy Deposit Scheme's (TDS) decision to release our deposit.
Their communication skills are non-existent, and their customer service is appalling. It's clear they don't care about their clients' rights or well-being.
Using this letting agent has been a nightmare. They've caused us unnecessary stress, hassle, and financial loss.
Unless you want to risk being treated poorly and having your rights ignored, stay far, far away from Belvoir.
We even spoke to our Landlord directly as we know they personally, he was not aware of any of these things.

The customer service at Belvoir was outstanding. Everything was sorted extremely quickly. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff to arrange for us. They were always very friendly and efficient with everything that they did for us. Christine and Anita made our move go smoothly and were always very helpful. We couldn't have wished for any better agents to get us through.
Also the welcome back was much appreciated too and made us feel at home.

Belvoir's maintenance team contracted Jack from Davis Maintenance Services to repair the toilet cistern at my property in Coventry.
Work was carried out and a bill submitted. The cost was way above expectation. Checked the rate online plus with another plumber - Jack's cost was 90% higher than the going rate, when quiered it was reduced approx 15%. I contacted Jack direct to discuss, he confirmed he would refund £40. Never arrived!! Be careful!

Tenants stay clear of these "thieving" agents . Very biased towards landlord.They hold your deposit for ridiculous issues that only crop up when you vacate the property and are missed during their quarterly inspections of the property . Piece of advice ..get everything on paper and signed off and documented from this bunch as they will change statements as per what's suits best to rob you off your deposit . Little or no maintainance to delays in attending maintainance ,they are highly efficient when it comes to charge you for issues that are fabricated to rob you off !! Take them to dispute !!

Christine said that she tried to contact me but I didn't have any call from her.
When I've confirmed the appointment for view a house on St Ives Coventry but she quickly give MY slot to them!! And I've confirmed to her a few days ago what's this? Later she sent the confirmation mail to us more later than to the other couple also ah, when I tried to confirme before everything they said oh the website is down but "rarely" at 8.00 am was working ??!
In conclusion all suspicious for give to another hindu people the house.
Maybe is a sign of fate to don't go with this bad agency's losing two days for nothing and work too
Because when they said about the internet I had to call by myself and now they have a phone when the number keep the number.... All bad.

Extremely unprofessional. After visiting one of their properties they gave me wrong information on how to apply. I tried to contact them in many ways: e-mail, telephone and I even went to the office during opening hours (door was locked and nobody in). Nevertheless, none of them worked. The following day I finally could get in touch with one of the receptionists, who didn't have the information neither and referred me to a sales agent. Finally, after almost 24 hours trying to apply it was impossible and the property was taken by another tenant. They didn't even apologise.

This company is a joke. Was calling them on the phone, nobody ever answered.. came to their office which had a little note on the door, saying: "we are open", however the door was locked... same happened when I tried to reach them the next day. Little shop next to it, informed me, that they open it in the morning and then disappear for the whole day.. Thats unprofessionally stupid!!

Be careful of this agency , they tend to charge for non-existent things. Reed the contract veary carefull, look for the hidden charges. Make pictures of everything so you can proof you are right, otherwise they will take all of your deposit money without providing a receipt for the work they did. Also they are very slow to respond to any issues that occur in the house. Avoid if possible!!!

I have been renting my flat out through Belvoir for the last 12 months and have only had one slight issue in this time but it was quickly and efficiently dealt with. Communication with staff is great both over the phone and via email. Payment is always on time and a invoice supplied for my tax return. If you are looking for a hassle free company to use this is the one.
I have previously used other companies to rent the property with and Belvoir is just a joy!!

Unprofessional receptionist! Avoid this letting agency
I have made phone calls to this letting agency several times as well as leaving a voice message to book for a viewing appointment. 1 day later, there was still no reply.
I was convinced by the high rating in Google Reviews, even though i was hesitant to continue associating myself with this letting agency. so i decided visit belvoir's office.
It took 15 minutes to walk to the letting agency only to be greeted by a receptionist that ignores us midway to make a phone call to her friend... for 5-10 minutes.
She even tried to cancel the appointment of a viewing while i was leaving because i told her off because she was on the phone with her friend.
I hope belvoir will improve their reception services so customers might experience the great services of the other employees that have done their job well. Thank you :)

I would highly recommend Belvoir Coventry, especially Christine for her exceptionally good service; she offered a very personal and definitely seemed to care about us. Very professional and patient at every stage of our tenancy and always found a way around solving issues quickly.

I was a happy tenant with Belvoir Coventry for six months and was wholly impressed with their service during this time. I dealt mostly with Christine, who made the whole process so easy - even though I was moving to Coventry from Newcastle upon Tyne, there were no issues with the distance and everything could be done via email.
The properties I viewed all seemed to be of a very high, modern standard. When I decided upon a property, Belvoir helped turn around the paperwork that day, ensuring that the property was officially 'mine'.
I was also impressed with their dealing of any issues that arose during my tenancy. When one of my heaters stopped working, the issue was repaired that same week and at my convenience.
I would highlight recommend Belvoir Lettings Coventry.

I let my property via Belvoir for nearly 3 years.
After 10 years on the letting market with various letting agents in Coventry I can honestly say this was the most competent company I have dealt with.
The staff were always helpful, professional and friendly. They are quick to answer any queries and deal with problems.
The quality of the repairs undertaken when needed were good. As I dont live near my let property I was able to trust Belvoir completely with managing the house.
I found that they were slightly more expensive than other agents but this was definately made up for with the peace of mind I had and lack of hassle I had the whole time.
The property was sucessfully let continuously, well managed and sold within days after I decided to sell my house: all through Belvoir!

I am a current tenant and have received excellent customer service through this agency. From the moment I enquired about the type of property I was looking for I received a great service which included keeping me up to date, informing of the process throughout and ensuring any needs were met. There is a Letting Agent named Bali Kaur at this branch who really knows her stuff and is extremly helpful. Would recommend them.
