I have rented my flat through Belvoir Luton for many years. I have mostly dealt with Adrian and have always received a brilliant service. In between tenants my flat was never empty for long, Adrian was always so quick to find me new tenants and quick to deal with any other problems too. He was always both friendly and professional. I have more recently dealt with Rees who is also very helpful. I have been with a couple of other agencies before but their services don't even come close to Belvoir. Belvoir were advertising a rental property that I was interested in renting. I contacted Belvoir and agreed a viewing time and date. I saw the property and I was accepted as a tenant. All my dealings were with Belvoir and the process was dealt with by Rees and Margaret in a polite, helpful and professional manner.
