We were trying to sell in a very difficult time for the housing market but 7 viewings in 23 weeks was very disappointing. U and R staff were very friendly and the advertisement was pretty good but we were never convinced that there was any drive behind their selling. The worst thing was a 21 week lock in in their agreement which although is stated clearly in the agreement was not really appreciated by us at the outset( our fault for not reading the small print). We would not use U and R in the future.... Read more
